Start today and I guarantee you that you will be thanking yourself for getting off your ass and doing something!!
This was me until I decided to invest in a coach which was

When it comes to weight loss we always focus on that scale weight!!

This right here is a plan example as to why your weight does not matter. This is a client of mine that has been following the process and is as consistent hell, that’s all I ask from my clients TRUST THE PROCESS AND SHOW UP EVERYDAY!

In the 3 months we have been working together he is the same weight as starting but has lost 10% body fat. Not only has his body composition improved but he is feeling much better, health has improved and is wanting to push it more each week!!! This here is champion mindset so a huge congratulations to you mate..

Another thing to note is all these results are generated from his home gym with no fancy equipment or cardio machine just a well thought out weights program and HARD FU***NG WORK!!!

This right here is what you call dedication and believe in what your coach puts forward!

Brooke came to me at the end of November wanting to lose 5kgs before her wedding which is next weekend and well did we blow that outta the water! Brooke lost 5kgs in her first 3 weeks and is due to check in with me tomorrow to see where we are at and I can guarantee she is going to smash her last check in!

With dedication and commitment you can really make a big difference in such a small amount of time. Here’s to Brooke and her amazing effort so far but we aren’t done yet we are only just warming up!! 1 week to go and then we can celebrate your wedding and your awesome progress

Are you training without recording your workouts and the numbers your lifting??
For all my clients I use an app that records all of your workouts, what weights you lift and the reps you lift! It’s easy to use and super effective!!
After each workout you will receive a summary with any PBs in max weight lifted and also volume!!

Lunches for the next 2 weeks, packed with protein and carbs, the 2 macros I need to perform at my highest during my training session. Due to being in a deficit I need to focus my carbs around my training sessions, I have this 5 hours before I training and then 1.5 hours before I training I am having 4 weetbix and a banana to really carb load myself into my sessions!
Food in a deficit doesn’t have to be boring and definitely doesn’t need to be in small portions.
If you put the time in to pre plan your meals and your food for the week then you will always come out a WINNER!!!

4 weeks of progress!!
I have placed myself in a deficit of 600cals to strip body fat but also try to gain muscle!!
The pictures on the right are from 4 weeks ago and the picture on the left are from Saturday morning.
I would say I am happy with my results over this time not only have I lost a total of 4kgs body fat, I have also added muscle mass resulting in an overall weight lose of 2.5kgs.
3 more days of this and then time to refeed this frame.
