This is my first didgeridoo made here in Lightning Ridge, though I’ve been crafting instruments for over 30 years. I found the wood, I found the opal, and shaped them into my vision: my totem Thuli the sand goanna, the lightning tree, and the sun—a representation of my journey so far. The opal, set deep in the heart of the goanna, catches the light like the land itself. I’m proud of where my art is evolving—this is a full-circle piece of my spirit, now bound for its very patient new owner.

After some time away, I’m proud to share that I’m coming back—not just as a musician, but as a man, an artist, a father, and a friend. This new Didgeridoo is more than an instrument; it’s a symbol of my journey and the strength I’ve found. I’m ready for this next chapter, and I’m grateful for everyone who’s been part of the Yidakivibes tribe and the new Spirit Forge Tribe.Here’s to new beginnings, deeper connections, and powerful music.
