We are very excited to nurture you through the start of the winter with a special four-part series of Women’s Health yoga therapy workshops.
If you’re dealing with irregular, painful menstrual cycles and PMS, menopause or peri-menopause discomfort, endometriosis or fibroids, bladder issues or UTIs, PLUS want to learn how to nourish yourself, this series is for you!
The 4-part series will run on Saturdays during June and July, 2pm till 4.30pm at Sol Collective new space
20 Park Ave Laneway the former Om Yeah Yoga studio.
Each session consists of:
• An informative lecture
• One-hour therapeutic yoga class
• Deep relaxation ending
You’ll get to take home a toolkit of info notes and therapeutic exercise instructions to use any time you wish to do your own at-home healing.
Session One 25 June – The Power of Woman.
Explore the extraordinary physical and energetic qualities of the female bodies.
Session Two 2 July – Happy Hips
Learn how uneven or twisted hips influence your menstruation, fertility and issues such as endometriosis and fibroids.
Session Three 9 July
Explore the incredible biological connection women have with the moon, throughout menstruation, menopause and in between.
Session Four 16 July – All-over Woman’s Body Overhaul
This session will leave you with knowledge on joyful life when you regain wellness.
The sessions are each like little Netflix features in themselves rather than an episode-show. You can choose to do them all, or jump in for just one or two, and you won’t miss any of the juicy bits!
