Glimmers ✨🌻

Glimmers are those little precious moments within our day that make us feel good. It could be…

✨ that delicious hot coffee that didn’t go cold or need to be reheated for the 10th time

✨ that moment when your kiddo ran into the room to give you a quick cuddle, kiss or look that silently tells you they love you and you’re their person

✨ that 2 minutes you got to scroll through your feed, notice this post and smile as the kids played in beautiful chaos together without needing you to intervene or play too

The more you try to focus on glimmers within your day, the easier it will get to get through those tricky days that can feel never ending.

Practicing this as a family is a great way to improve overall well-being, practice social skills and promote emotional regulation skills. It’s also a great conversation topic for family dinners ❤️

Try this once a day and notice how you gradually increase noticing glimmers more and more over time.
