This Thursday Friendship Meetup Group has been a wonderful way for Darryl, Kendall and Rob to connect, socialise and build genuine friendships.

From picnic lunches and relaxed walks through the botanical gardens to catch-ups down the jetty, these moments are all about connection, laughter and belonging. 🌻

Every Friday is meal prep day for Darryl and his support worker Lisa 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
Together they focus on batch cooking and exploring a wide range of flavours that Darryl loves.

They filled the freezer and were generously shared among friends — because good food is always better when it’s shared 💚

We love sharing great local opportunities with our participants and families, and this one by headspace Coffs Harbour a fantastic summer treat!

Headspace Coffs Harbour is offering FREE water park sessions at the Big Banana for young people aged 12–25 years. It’s a great chance to cool off, have fun, and connect during the school holidays.
