The Living Well Expo (at Coffs Harbour Showgrounds on Wed, 6th August) has some fun activities to try throughout the day. Try out Pickleball, participate in some Chair Activity Sessions or visit the Sensory Space for some quiet time. Everyone is welcome!

🌟🎉 Holiday Program Fun! 🎉🌟

Our holiday program was full of excitement, creativity, and community! 🥳✨

Just a few snap shots below of some of the fun ☺️ Kiarra loved collecting and painting rocks 🎨🪨, then placing them along the Jetty Sidewalk to make someone smile 😊💖. Enjoyed a walk at the botanical gardens, along with a new botanical gardens game created by our admin staff Lisa. Wait to you see what it is... 🌸🦆.

Other activities included fishing 🎣, basketball 🏀, puzzles 🧩, painting 🎨, BBQ 🍔, baking, cooking, and skateboarding plus so much more! 🛹!

A great time capacity building, learning new skills and gaining confidence along side our support workers! 🚀🤝

🎄 Christmas in July at Glenreagh 🎄
THIS Saturday 26th July | 5am–5pm
Glenreagh Bakery • Glenreagh Hall • The Golden Dog Hotel Glenreagh

Join us for a full day of festive cheer in the heart of Glenreagh — a country Christmas celebration for the whole community!

🌟 From 5am – Glenreagh Bakery
Wake up to the smell of cinnamon and joy — the bakery opens early with fresh festive treats, Christmas tunes, and a cookie decorating station for the little elves. Open ‘til 12pm, this is the sweetest way to start your day.

🎁 8am–12pm – Christmas Markets at Glenreagh Hall
Wander through a wonderland of local stalls with handcrafted gifts, seasonal goodies, and artisan delights. It’s the perfect spot to pick up something unique — or just soak in the magic with your neighbours.

🍽️ 10am–5pm – The Golden Dog Hotel
The festivities continue all afternoon at The Dog! Enjoy a special Christmas drink menu, festive vibes, and a two-course Christmas lunch served from 1pm–2pm (if you’ve secured your ticket), featuring dessert by Glenreagh Bakery. There is also live music from Sarah McKenna and the Chris Staff Band.

👗 Dress to impress in your best Christmas jumper or festive outfit — let’s make the village sparkle with cheer.

This is a day for the whole family, the whole town — and anyone who loves good food, great people, and a touch of holiday magic in the middle of winter. There may even be an appearance from Santa himself. ❄️🎅

Darryl and his support worker, Lisa, are smashing their exercise goals, one gym session at a time! 💪🚴‍♂️

Before each appointment with the exercise physiologist, Darryl kicks things off with a warm-up on the bike. With Lisa pedaling alongside him, the two often chat about recipes and what’s on the menu for this week’s meal prep.

Not only does the time fly by, but having someone supportive and motivating by your side makes every workout more enjoyable. Teamwork, encouragement, and a shared goal!! This is what progress looks like! 👏✨
