Our director Hugh gave a talk at the Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) last year on the benefits of exercise during and after cancer treatment.
Hugh has a Graduate Certificate in Exercise Medicine (Oncology) from Edith Cowan University. If you are going through or have recently completed treatment for cancer and want some guidance getting back to exercise please reach out.

With a maximum of 6 people per class, and supervision and guidance by our expert exercise physiologists Fit50 offers a safe and fun environment. With a focus on training to increase strength and bone health, Fit50 is perfect for those who want to start exercising but don't know where to start or are intimidated by commercial gyms.
