A Happy New Year from our Wilderness tribe to you! What a pleasure it has been to welcome you into the shala over the festive season. Our studio classes are still happening, with a limited schedule this week.

Whilst our Bec & Ella are diving deep into their Ashtanga practice in the Gold Coast, we welcome back Emily.

Our Mums and Bubs is more than just a yoga class, it is curated to support the postpartum mother as she navigates her newborn rollercoaster. Held by a Registered Midwife and new Mama herself, we are also visited by a lactation consultant and a women’s health physio. During the 5 weeks, the 2 hour class focuses on building community, sharing stories and returning to a yoga practice with the postpartum body in mind. Hello Wilderness yogis,

Winter is well set in- cold, inward, and calling for rest - and we sense the community is feeling all of this too. So, we’re taking a little winter break from some classes to honour that pace.

🧘🏽‍♀️ No Tuesday 5pm General Yoga until further notice.

Thinking of coming to Tuesday 9am Ashtanga or Thursday 6:30am Intermediate? Please get in touch. These will run based on numbers during the school holiday period.

🤰🏽 Pregnancy Yoga and Mums & Bubs on will continue as normal.

POSTNATAL YOGA - A Journey of Reconnection

A 5-week deep dive with

This 5-week post-natal yoga course is designed to gently guide you through this transition, helping you reconnect with yourself, rebuild physical strength, and embrace the rawness and beauty of this new chapter.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, each session nurtures your healing and self-discovery, offering space for reflection, self-reverence, and inner peace. This is more than just physical healing; it’s about coming home to yourself as this renewed version of self.

Who Is This For?

Postpartum has no expiry. Whether your baby is a newborn or a toddler, you are welcome. We simply ask that you be cleared for exercise by your midwife, physiotherapist, or medical team.

Beyond the weekly sessions, you will have access to ongoing community support and resources to encourage self-practice—encouraging reconnection, reflection, and renewal. Whether you seek strength, stillness, or simply a moment to breathe, this journey will support you as you step fully into the radiant, powerful experience of motherhood.

The next course date begins on the Monday 24th of Feb (SOLD OUT), due to demand we have released a second course starting Thursday 27th Feb which is filling fast. The courses are 5 weeks and focus on community, connection and movement with special guest appearances throughout.
