Another great morning at the CEX Coffs Harbour Running Festival.
A big increase in numbers from last year and new start layout!
Congratulations to Trent, Andrew and Tom for finishing the half marathon in great form!! And congratulations to all other winners and place getters from the day..it was hotly contested!
Our massage therapist/ physiotherapists assisted many locals and visitors for this event and all were very happy to receive some TLC post running…
Thanks to our wonderful and dedicated staff, Matthew, Andrew, Tom, Trent, Nicole, Linda and special mention to Daisy and Coco for their help… see you all next year….

We’ll see you all tomorrow!!

🏃‍♀️ Minor changes to be aware of for the 2024 C.ex Group Coffs Harbour Running Festival tomorrow:

👉 Bib collection + bag area: In the new Exhibition Pavilion, NOT the Norm Jordan Pavilion

🚗 Arriving before 8:00am: Park in main showground arena.
🚗 Arriving after 8:00am: Park in carpark near the Exhibition Pavilion
We will have parking marshals both days to guide you.

⚠️ Main Showground entrance road will be closed 8:10am-8:15am for the start of the half marathon and secondary entrance gate opened.

🚿 Toilets & Showers: We will have access to showers near the event hub. There are three separate toilet blocks (refer to map)

🕺 Expect all the same pre and post race fun as last year. Extra things we will have this year include a free obstacle course-style jumping castle for kids, free kids face painting, fairy floss and snow cones, OMG Donuts, Mak's Turkish Gozleme, extra stallholders such as Lorna Jane, ice at finish line for all runners to cool off under

Today marks the start of Tradies National Health Month - a time to invest in tradies’ health whether you know one, love one or are one.

We need tradies to build areas for our communities to thrive, to deliver world-class facilities and infrastructure and to create places we can call home. With Australia facing a trade shortage and housing crisis, tradies’ health has never been more important.

The 2024 Tradies National Health Month Survey we commissioned for this year’s campaign found more than three in four tradies have experienced pain or discomfort that stops them from enjoying life. Thankfully, occupational health physiotherapists are expertly placed to treat a range of issues and injuries tradies face.

CCSP can now provide Lymphoedema treatment through Trent Renshaw our Remedial and Sports massage therapist.
Trent is an Australasian Lymphology Association accredited lymphoedema practitioner.
Trent is passionate about lymphoedema treatment and is available for appointments at Coffs Coast Sports Physiotherapy for those requiring treatment for lymphoedema.
