Another great morning at the CEX Coffs Harbour Running Festival.
A big increase in numbers from last year and new start layout!
Congratulations to Trent, Andrew and Tom for finishing the half marathon in great form!! And congratulations to all other winners and place getters from the day..it was hotly contested!
Our massage therapist/ physiotherapists assisted many locals and visitors for this event and all were very happy to receive some TLC post running…
Thanks to our wonderful and dedicated staff, Matthew, Andrew, Tom, Trent, Nicole, Linda and special mention to Daisy and Coco for their help… see you all next year….

We’ll see you all tomorrow!!

🏃‍♀️ Minor changes to be aware of for the 2024 C.ex Group Coffs Harbour Running Festival tomorrow:

👉 Bib collection + bag area: In the new Exhibition Pavilion, NOT the Norm Jordan Pavilion

🚗 Arriving before 8:00am: Park in main showground arena.
🚗 Arriving after 8:00am: Park in carpark near the Exhibition Pavilion
We will have parking marshals both days to guide you.

⚠️ Main Showground entrance road will be closed 8:10am-8:15am for the start of the half marathon and secondary entrance gate opened.

🚿 Toilets & Showers: We will have access to showers near the event hub. There are three separate toilet blocks (refer to map)

🕺 Expect all the same pre and post race fun as last year. Extra things we will have this year include a free obstacle course-style jumping castle for kids, free kids face painting, fairy floss and snow cones, OMG Donuts, Mak's Turkish Gozleme, extra stallholders such as Lorna Jane, ice at finish line for all runners to cool off under

Thanks for allowing Coffs Coast Sports Physiotherapy to be involved in another year with Woopi Netball. Once again a fantastic Junior Rep presentation night and congratulations to all players, coaches, managers and supporters involved in 2024!!

Congratulations!! What a terrific outcome girls 👏👏

Junior State Titles is done and dusted for another year and what a magnificent one it was for Woopi Netball!! 👏👏
As we mentioned yesterday we thought our teams would finish strongly and boy did they!! 💪💪
Our absolutely amazing U14's finished Undefeated Division 4 Winners with 16 wins and a nailbiting draw in a superb performance!! Woohoo!! 🏅🏅
Our awesome U13's grew and grew to finish with a fabulous10 wins in a row, making it 14 wins and 5 losses and a ripper 6th place in Div 4!! 💪💪
Our young gun U12's were undefeated today to finish with 12 wins and 7 losses and climbed to a great 8th place in Div 4 despite all the narrow losses!! 💪💪
On Day 3 our Woopi Teams played 17 games for 16 wins and a draw for our finest State Titles day ever!! 👏👏
Huge congratulations to all of our brilliant players for your magnificent play over the weekend and the pride and sportsmanship you displayed in our Mighty Green!! 👏👏
We also offer massive congratulations to our sensational Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Managers for your outstanding work!! 👏👏
We say a huge thanks to our fabulous Team White, Primary Carers, Scorers and our army of supporters and helpers!! 👏👏
We hope we haven't forgotten anyone.

CCSP can now provide Lymphoedema treatment through Trent Renshaw our Remedial and Sports massage therapist.
Trent is an Australasian Lymphology Association accredited lymphoedema practitioner.
Trent is passionate about lymphoedema treatment and is available for appointments at Coffs Coast Sports Physiotherapy for those requiring treatment for lymphoedema.
