YogaLinda is about providing a yoga suitable for everyone and everybody. You can enjoy the benefits of yoga in a welcoming nurturing environment. Classes are one hour and are $18 casual or $120 for a 10 class pass.. I believe yoga is for everyone and love working with people who aren't keen to go to big classes. Monday 10 am class is a Vinyasa flow warming you up gently and safely then moving through flow sequences that are easy to follow and suitable for all levels. There is a focus on the breath control (pranayama) Then we stretch and allow time for a relaxation - Savasana
Friday at 10 am we enjoy a Yin class which is a practice where we are still and hold poses for a few minutes getting into connective tissue and fascia. This s a deeply restorative practice floor based with virtually no contraindications. Namaste xx Linda

Iโm not sure how many Yin n Yummy Yoga ๐งโโ๏ธ afternoons Iโve held but they are are all special to me. And this one didnโt disappoint and Im feeling all blessed and warm inside ๐ฅฐ So lovely to see people relax and renew. ๐งโโ๏ธ ๐๐พ๐ฉต๐ธ๐ป๐ชท๐๏ธโฎ๏ธโฏ๏ธ๐ฅฐ Some of the proceeds donated to UNICEF for children and families in need in Gaza. Our pantry of non-perishable food items and our toiletries cupboard need a boost so that we can continue to support people reaching out for help. We would welcome donations of toothpaste, soap and food items including long life milk, canned goods with ring pulls, pasta, rice, dried noodles and sauces. If you can donate, please drop things into Coffs Harbour Neighbourhood Centre between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday - many thanks๐

Classes are one hour and are $10.
I believe yoga is for everyone and love working with people who are beginners and people at all levels. No fancy pants required and we donโt need to look poised for Instagram shots here.
My focus is on ensuring that there is a suitable practice for everybody so you will be safe and supported and leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming and mats and props are provided.
Mondays at 10 am class is a Purna style (Purna means complete in Sanskrit so a little bit of everything) gently warming you up and then moving through flow sequences that are easy to follow and suitable for all levels. There is a focus on the breath control (pranayama). Then we stretch and allow time for a relaxation - Savasana
Tuesdays at 9:30 am I offer a Remedial/Gentle class where we modify the practice to allow for injuries and we stretch and use props to assist into the postures safely.
Fridays at 10 am we enjoy a Yin class which is a practice where we are still and hold poses for a few minutes getting into connective tissue and fascia. This s a deeply restorative practice floor based with virtually no contraindications. A great stress reliever.
