We are proud to be partnering with Coffs City Rotary on an initiative to make a real difference for people experiencing domestic violence in our community.

Throughout April, we are collecting old mobile phones on behalf of DV Safe Phone, who will wipe them, do any repairs required, then distribute them to people in unsafe situations who need a secure line of communication. Warrina Domestic Family and Violence Centre here in Coffs Harbour is one of the local organisations that benefits from this initiative.

You can drop off your old mobile phones at the collection box at our front main reception foyer here at Baringa Private Hospital, and on alternate weeks at Ramsay Surgical Centre Coffs Harbour and Ramsay Health Plus Baringa.

Things to look for:
• Loss of interest in things once enjoyed
• Persistent low mood
• Feeling hopeless or helpless

• Withdrawal from others
• Fatigue or low energy
