Our Instructors program their classes to ensure we hit:
⭕️ Abs & obliques
⭕️ Lunges
⭕️ Shoulders
⭕️ Planks
⭕️ Inner Thighs
⭕️ Squats with a cardio element to get that heart rate UP!!!
