Holding Space: A mothers loss circle
Free-Tuesday 29th July 6pm-8pm.
This group offers a gentle, supportive space for anyone grieving the loss of a baby—whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, TFMR, or infant loss.
Held with care at Happymess Studio, the circle welcomes you just as you are.
Together we’ll explore gentle practices including counselling, art making, mindfulness, and peer connection—offering space to share, create, and heal in your own time.

GenHealth Inc T/A Coffs Harbour Women's Health Centre, exists to increase access for women to a range of affordable health services that are sensitive to women's needs. The Coffs Harbour Women's Health Centre offers a range of services to help disadvantaged women and children lead a healthier lifestyle.
