Always do research. Holistic and natural doesn't always =safe. As you may have seen from the TV show 9 perfect strangers, the use of psychadelics and the side effects they can have.

Psychadelics can be beneficial in helping poor mental health or pain. It is heavily regulated in Australia, it's use is under strict medical supervision. Always ensure your health professional is a registered professional, trained, qualified, ethical and knowledgeable to support you.

Too many lives are lost daily to domestic abuse, more needs to be done to prevent domestic violence.

Telehealth counselling

Why I choose to provide telehealth is:
👉🏻 It's convenient
👉🏻 Cost effective - without compromising the quality of service delivery
👉🏻Provides greater access to support at times when you can't attend traditional office hours
👉🏻 Telehealth provides greater access for those with health or disability concerns; or those who have limited services or without transport access
👉🏻 Can fill gaps between sessions; check in phone calls and emails are all part of my service
👉🏻Greater access to additional hours reduces long wait lists for support

The telehealth I provide is done through secure platforms; sessions are not recorded; and I don't store any credit card information digitally.

👉🏻With the cost of living and credit card fees, many people choose not to use or have credit cards. While many other services require payments up front using this method, I prefer to invoice manually.
