ALIGNMENT ~ The Holistic Hive is experiencing a shift into guiding and consulting with parents and organisations 🌿

I support families and caregivers to better understand children's developmental needs and behaviours.

My work focuses on strengthening emotional safety, connection, and regulation within the home.

Drawing on over 12yrs of experience in child development education and family mentoring, I guide parents through practical strategies that support sensory motor development, emotional intelligence, and healthy parent-child relationships.

Actually, it's more of a re-alignment ✨️💛

One that reflects the changes, learning and growth that have unfolded from within, since Uranus entered Ta**us ♉️

Relational Technology is emerging and revealing clearer core services in the areas of family mentoring, parent education, child development guidance and relational safety.

BELONGING ~ The truth about Belonging is, we already belong 💛✨️

Belonging is not something we earn.
It is something we care for... Together.

Within families, a baby already belongs.
It is born belonging to the family.
In that belonging, we care for the baby until it grows to care for itself.
As a community, we inspire that child with our actions of responsibility, love and compassion.

Its valuable to remember, that being responsible for ourselves first, is key to our inner sense of belonging.
It gives us the capacity to care and show up for our family.

I take care of me
And
I take care of us

We are responsible in our belonging 💛🌿

It's doing what we say we will do and the willingness to stand in responsibility for every choice.

When we make a mistake we do not seek to hide it or avoid it. We have the courage to face it willingly. We are open to the lessons it can bring and ready to make amends.

With accountability, people can rely on us, because we are answerable for our actions, and that builds Trust... 🫶

MOTHER'S WISDOM ~ Let Presence become your practice... ✨️😌

Mountain's steep slope serves as a walking meditation. If you are not present, you will slip and fall. If you are fixated on conquering the peak, you miss the flowers along the way.
Cultivating an awareness with each step allows anxieties to drift away and by the time you reach the top, the silence will quell any lingering agitations.

Where are you in the here and now?

Children can tell when we are not present, and they will use all their best (and worst) tricks to pull us back into the now.
When we get caught in distraction, our attention is split and we sacrifice moments with our children that cannot be relived...
If we become like the sacred mountain and share our presence with them, not only do we get to savour each other but we get to experience one another fully! 🌈 💖

Come back into your body now....
Pause for one conscious breathe;
Deeply inhale and exhale.

Each distraction offers us a chance to come back into mindfulness and reclaim our Presence.

Bringing presence to your mothering becomes a gift to both you and your children ❤️

A CREDO FOR LIFE ~ "And it is still true, no matter how old you are - when you go out into the world, it is best to hold hands and stick together." ♥️

Our children learn from our actions.
What they see and experience; they learn from.

Sometimes, as parents, we get caught up in the details of society rules and forget the simple ways of being....
Allowing our children and ourselves to just be!

ALL I REALLY NEED TO KNOW I LEARNT IN KINDERGARTEN is one of my favourite books. Robert Fulghum writes his life credo and in doing so realises that everything he really needed to know about living a meaningful life - what to do and how to be - came from his most early years 💓✨️

Sacrifice is the willingness to give up something important, for something MORE important...

For something we care about passionately.

It is in the giving OUR ALL towards a worthy purpose that we receive genuine gifts and prosperity 💕

CONTENTMENT ~ An inner sense that we are enough; and we have enough.

Contentment is the awareness of sufficiency. We trust that life provides what we need when we need it 💚

Being content means we are free from the pull of greed and longing because it allows us to experience satisfaction for what is.

Being content does not obstruct our dreams or lose our purpose. It's a place to stand with a peaceful heart when viewing the future and feeling deep gratitude for all that is and all that is to come in life.

Contentment comes from being fully present in this moment and appreciating the simple gifts of life - a friendship, reading a good book, belly laughter, a moment of beauty and even a cold creek splashing on a hot day! ☀️🌿
