Just as a midwife cannot push for a labouring woman, you can not shield your child from the effort and pain of birthing their full potential 💛✨️
In reality, the best midwives step out of time and beyond expectation to accompany the journey of birth and stay present with whatever support is called for in each moment.
All mothers want to ensure a happy ending, and yet your child's journey is not your own.
While we must trust our own body's wisdom in order to give birth to our babies, so too, we must honour our children's soul wisdom as we watch THEM give birth to themselves! 🩵🦋
If you feel your motherly instincts are leaning into controlling ways, try bringing your focus back to remembering your child's inner soul wisdom.
Afford them the space to be curious, explore, and lead the way into experiences that are heart-ful to their soul's path....
