No Lights No Lycra Coffs Harbour No Lights No Lycra Coffs is an inclusive dance community. We hire a hall, make it dark and have a great playlist - so dance in the dark!

Information here about No Lights No Lycra weekly event in Coffs Harbour. Dress in comfy clothing, grab a drink bottle and $8 and come along to the community event where you can dance in whatever style you like. NLNL is held in a darkened hall with enough space for everyone to dance freely and just switch off your mind and dance. It is drug and alcohol free and you get the chance to see who you will share the dance floor with as we congregate together before we enter the hall. Once inside, put down your belongings, find your space and enjoy the playlist. We endeavour to have a selection of songs from the 70s/80s/90s to the latest danceable tracks. Even if there is a song you don't like you can sway through it till the next one is on. Or some people simply remember that no-one can see them so they can just dance whatever way they want :)
No Lights No Lycra is supported by the Coffs Arts Council who have given us funding to get off the ground and support us each week. Ability Links has also helped us get started. They link with people who may have a disability to enable them to access community activities. We are proud that Coffs NLNL is an inclusive event, meaning that we have the opportunity to dance alongside anyone who wants to dance- no limitations. Parking is on the street and well lit. Enter via the front door of Cavanbah Hall. Toilets are in the premises. Please PM with any questions.
