Building skills and capacity to live with more Independence and lead a more fulfilling life is something all of our programs center around, from the BIG Adventures to the day to day, its all about living your best life, and thats what we strive to support our participants in doing.😀🙏😀

"The Squad Conquers Kosciuszko" ⛰️⛰️⛰️
Hey amazing people,
Well as you can see we've launched our "classified Project" and its no longer a secret🤓.
The Squad has been working hard behind the scenes to create this awesome event, and we appreciate the amazing support we've received so far! 🥰
We've already raised $2,576 🥳
We have had another Major Sponsor come on board, we'll do a big post about who it is next week😉😏😁(So you'll have to stay tuned)
We appreciate all forms of support especially words of encouragement on our posts for the Squad, the Squad will be training hard for this event, both in the gym,(clue drop🤪), and in the hills and around town!🫶🏃‍♂️🏋️🚴‍♂️.

"The Squad Conquers Kosciuszko"!!!⛰️
The Adventure Squad is raising money for Autism awareness, as it has had an impact on many of our lives. We would like to show people that having Autism does not stop you "Living your best life", and that people with Autism can achieve anything! Especially with the right support and programs.
What are we planning? We are going to hike Mount Kosciuszko!
Why Mount Kosciuszko?
As Australia's tallest mountain, we thought it would be an awesome challenge for us!
The Squad will be training hard in the coming months to prepare for this Adventure, so stay tuned and we will keep you all updated.

Another awesome Adventure with awesome Adventurers😎
It was "Choose your own Adventure day" again this week, so at breakfast the Squad found some options and chose as a group where we were Adventuring too.🏖🏜⛰️🤔😆
Hat Head was the final decision, so we loaded up the Squad mobile's and road tripped south! ⬇️
We stopped in at Gladstone for a sneaky coffee on the way ☕️, then off to the coast.
We had a little look around the stunning Hat Head surrounds and went for a trek out along the headlands ⛰️🌊
The Squad unanimously decided on the
Heritage Hotel in Gladstone for a hearty lunch 😋
We finished off with cake by the river to celebrate one of the Squads birthday, we forgot to bring a knife 🔪 🤣
So in true Adventure Squad fashion, we Adapted and Overcame, fashioning cutting utensils from the cake containers, they actually worked incredibly well 🎂 🥮 🍰
After an awesome day hanging with awesome people, it was time for the road trip home, sing alongs ensued and probably one of the best jokes we've all heard in a while, that had us all in stitches, but I'll save that one for another post 😊😉

Another awesome Adventure with awesome Adventurers 😀
Classiffied Project S.C.K is underway!
The Squad put in a massive effort today, in preparation for our secret upcoming project, we'll let everyone know what it is soon 😉😎🤔
We hiked a solid 10kms, and there were some steep uphill sections! 😅
The Squad powered through, and clocked 10kms in just under 3 hours!
A pretty impressive day, but this is just the start, more amazing feats to come, so stay tuned...... 😊

Another awesome Cooking Skills/Social Group😀
This week the Squad cooked Chickpea and bean sprouts salad, with Chicken and a feta lemon vinaigrette dressing.
A simple healthy dressing that is super creamy and super tasty!
