We are so thrilled to officially welcome the beautiful Emily to our Sol team.
Emily is a yoga teacher and mindfulness coach whose classes blend intelligent flow, breath awareness and nervous system–informed practice. Her teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga isn’t about pushing or perfecting, but about creating steadiness, ease and sustainability in both body and mind.
Emily believes the practices and teachings of yoga unfold much like the seasons; moving, shifting and ever-changing. Her greatest intention is to support students in embodying their season as it is, and to recognise their potential once the noise begins to quieten.
Her passion for psychology weaves through her teaching, alongside a deep respect for the energetic and spiritual dimensions of yoga.
She is continually exploring the intersection between science-informed practice and the subtle, energetic world, and how both can be delivered thoughtfully, accessibly and with integrity, in classes and in everyday life.
Her path has included founding community yoga spaces, teaching and leading at respected studios in Sydney, and ongoing study in psychology and mindfulness. Today, her classes offer thoughtful sequencing and steady flow, supporting students to move with presence and leave feeling grounded, calm and connected.
