Movement for the body, myth for the soul. 🕯️📖

We’re coming together to move, breathe, and remember the power of a good story.

We start with a grounded ceremony to meet you exactly where you are.
From there, Teg guides us through a Kundalini practice - think of it as a “deep clean” for your subconscious. By using specific breathwork and movement, we shed the mental chatter and the stress of the day.

Once we’ve cleared out the noise, Nathan Meola will weave a story.
Storytelling is one of our oldest forms of medicine. When we listen to a myth or fairytale in a relaxed state, our brains move into a “narrative transport” a place where:
• Metaphors heal: Stories speak the language of the subconscious, helping us process emotions through symbols rather than logic.
• Connection is restored: Hearing a story in a circle reminds us of our shared human experience.
• Neural Coupling: Your brain waves actually begin to sync with the storyteller, creating a profound sense of calm and presence.

After emptying your vessel through yoga, you are perfectly prepared to receive these drops of wisdom tucked inside the narrative.

Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and a little more connected to the world around you.

We are so excited to open our shala doors for our recent Yoga Teacher Training graduates, and some of our most dedicated students over the past 2 years.

These Sunday sessions are a beautiful opportunity to support these passionate teachers as they find their voice and share their heart with our community.
Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto the mat for the first time, come as you are.
Let’s hold space for one another.

Kundalini Yoga at its core, is a precise but practical practice.

It’s a practice that works with your energy, nervous system, and breath .
Combining both gentle & strengthening, repetitive movements (called kriyas), breathwork, and meditation to shift how you feel from the inside out.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to get it “right”
And you definitely don’t need to be a spiritual expert.
It’s less about perfect shapes, and more about consistent, intentional practice.

It doesn’t have to be intense or overwhelming.
You can meet it gently.
Slowly.
At your own pace.
Because the real power of this practice isn’t in pushing harder, it’s in showing up, breathing, and allowing things to shift.

An evening of movement, breath, myth, and meaning ✨

You’re invited to join us for a unique, meaningful gathering that weaves together Kundalini Yoga and the ancient art of storytelling - a journey inward and beyond.

We’ll begin grounding through a ceremonial opening before Teg guides you through a practice of breath, movement, and mantra to clear subconscious patterns and awaken deep presence.

With mind and body open, Nathan Meola will carry you through the medicine of story, an ancient myth or timeless fairytale told in the oral tradition. Let the imagery, words, and symbols stir something ancient within you.

We’ll close with a reflective discussion and gentle grounding to integrate what’s been awakened.

Happy Autumn Equinox! (For Saturday)🍁

The one day a year where the universe finds perfect balance.
While the rest of us are just out here trying to remember where we put our keys.

Tomorrow, day and night are equal.
The harvest season - A little cosmic reminder that balance isn’t about perfection.
It’s about noticing when things feel a little off, and gently adjusting.

From here, the days slowly get shorter, the energy turns inward, and the season encourages us to slow down.
Less hustle.
More layers.
More cups of tea.
Autumn doesn’t demand a full life overhaul, it just nudges you to take a look at what’s working and what’s not.
What’s actually worth your energy?
What are you holding onto out of habit, not alignment?

Nature is letting go without a dramatic exit.
No overthinking. No clinging.
Just okay, we’re done here.

There’s something in that for us.
So if you feel the urge to cancel a plan,
clean out a drawer, or go to bed earlier than usual
that might just be you, moving with the season instead of against it.

An evening of deep rest, for a meaningful cause.
Join Julie in raising funds for the Warrina Domestic and Family Violence Specialist Services.
Saturday April 18, 3-5pm.

An evening devoted to rest, stillness and community care.
A gentle Yin practice, settling into slow, long-held postures that soften the body and release tension through the deeper connective tissues.
From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra - a powerful meditation practice that invites the body into deep healing rest, somewhere between waking and sleep.

A practice to nourish the nervous system.
A space to simply be held.

All proceeds from this workshop will be donated to Warrina Domestic and Family Violence Specialist Services in Coffs Harbour, supporting vital work for women and families in our community.

Rest with purpose.

Autumn is here… and it’s asking us to slow down & reflect 🍂

As the days get shorter and something in the air shifts, autumn brings us the energy to support us in letting go, nourishing our lungs, our breath, and protecting our energy.

Think of it like the season giving us permission to declutter, physically, emotionally and mentally.

Self reflective questions;
1. What habits or thoughts am I ready to let go of?
2. How can I nurture myself as the energy slows down?
3. What does my inner landscape need to feel lighter and more at peace?

Autumn isn’t about pushing forward, it’s about leaning in, reflecting, releasing, and honoring the cycles of life.

When we align with the energy of the seasons we follow the lead of nature, and recognize our own seasons, allowing us to refresh and rebuild as we need to, with have the steady reminder to sit and reconnect to ourselves to honor our needs.
