If you are feeling the call to practice. There might be a reason.

Yoga meets you wherever you are at.

Its about more than the headstand or the back bend.
Its the space you cultivate within you that is the essence of the practice.

The weaving of body, breath and consciousness.
It will hold you through all the stages of life.
It will remind you who you are.

The way it moves and holds your body is an added bonus.
A way to hold yourself, a feeling of freedom and empowerment.
A deeper understanding of your own body.

The true goal of yoga is union within and liberation from the fluctuations of the mind.
So we have this intentionally curated system, to guide us into a state of peace.

It’s adaptable, and essentially guided by you and how you feel in your body.

Its never too late.
And there has never been a more perfect moment.

oin us for a deeply held afternoon of cacao, breath, movement and healing β€” a return to the wisdom of your body and the medicine of your breath. We are three women devoted to the power of embodied transformation.

Together, we weave a rich tapestry of movement, sound, frequency and somatic alchemy, with the breath as our guide.

Zebi brings deep shamanic and elemental wisdom, working with the unseen realms, sacred sound, and intuitive touch to anchor and awaken.
Sam moves with grace and grounded feminine power, guiding the body into deeper presence through intuitive movement and nervous system attunement.
Kylie works with energy, emotional embodiment, and authentic expression, holding potent space for clearing, reconnection, and remembrance. Together, we create a space where your breath becomes the bridge between mind, body and spirit. Where fear, contraction and old stories are met with compassion β€” and gently released.

Spiritus Breathwork is rooted in somatic trauma release and shamanic principles. It opens a doorway to altered states of awareness where deep healing becomes possible.

You’ll be invited to:

Yoga heals by reconnecting us to the wisdom of the body, the stillness of the breath, and the truth of who we are. It reminds us of the freedom of our spirit when we can go beyond the mind and release stagnant energy in the body. It guides us from force, into flow.
It shows us how to live in harmony.

When we move in a yoga practice, we are guided by thousands of years of wisdom.
If we allow it, it has the intelligence to free us of the noise of the external world and show us true peace. On and off the mat.

It’s a big job mama.

To hold it all while you try and hold yourself together.

Just a little reminder that looking after yourself is one of the greatest things you can do for your mini.

Take moments to fill yourself up, so you don’t run yourself into the ground.

Because, burn out is real.

Post natal depletion is awful.

Adrenal fatigue is no joke.

And the feeling of overwhelm doesn’t serve us.

Don’t forget about you.

The time you spend nourishing yourself, supports you in being the best version of you, and a more patient, present mama.

Find what brings you back to your centre. Whether it be big or small.
It’s ok, and necessary to look after you.

𝑺𝑢𝑳 π‘ͺ𝑢𝑴𝑴𝑼𝑡𝑰𝑻𝒀 || 𝑻𝑰𝑳𝑳𝒀 ||

I grew up in Sawtell and began traveling once I left school, working on yachts and teaching English along the way. However, I decided to move back home 3 years ago to be closer to my family and to fully appreciate the stunning surroundings, as I believe we live in such a magical place in the world.

I am passionate about nature, surfing, and connecting with my friends and family. Teaching yoga is my way of helping others cultivate gratitude for the life around them. I obtained my yoga teaching certification in 2019 and have cherished the experience of teaching while traveling overseas. Now, I’m excited to jump back into teaching and create a beautiful community where everyone can share a safe and special space to grow together.

Tilly’s energy is so calming and peaceful, keeping you grounded while she guides a dynamic, creative practice.

Me and my little two-nager have been going through some things.
Nothing serious, just normal 2yo things.

But it has made things a little bit wilder around here.

I’ve always tried to prioritize being a mum, and grateful to have a business where I can do that a lot of the time.
But lately things have felt a bit harder to tend to.

I’m not here to make excuses or reach for pity because I’m so grateful for the life we are building here and our little family and this amazing community. It’s everything I have been working towards.

But sometimes, I can’t get to the phone, and I can’t get to the computer, I can’t respond to the email, I wish I could cover the class, but I can’t, my brain won’t let me post on here everyday like they say you need to. And I’m left with a sense of guilt.

I’ve always said I want to try and do this β€œbusiness” different to what seems to be the norm. The hustling doesn’t feel right. And for me, it’s always been yoga first - I struggle with the other parts of being a business owner. I can do it, I just don’t overly love it.

I’m happy that we have been building a beautiful, passionate, dedicated team here who I can rely on and lean on in the harder moments.

So while I’m not giving up, I’m listening to what feels hard right now, and seeking ways to find some more support. So we can continue to provide the level of service that we love to do. And I guess what I’m asking for, is grace.

It’s a bit of a weird experience when yoga becomes a business. A fine line to try and work with, to keep it grounded in the energy of the practice, while being able to pay the rent. But one thing it has taught me for sure is that the nature of life is fluid and ever changing. And this, like every other chapter, is just a season.
Deep breaths.
One day at a time.
Letting my walls come down so I can accept some more support.

I hope that you feel that I truly pour my heart into this space, it hurts me when I can’t show up like I want to. And I have big dreams for the future of Sol.
