I am doing the push-up challenge to raise money for mental health resources. I am donating all money raised to Headspace which provides mental health support services for 12 to 25 year olds. I am aiming to complete 1625 push ups (half challenge) between 5th - 28th June. If you would like to donate please click on the link below. The soreness is real but oh so worth it!

Pilates is here!

I have spent much of the last 2 years studying, first cert IV Mat work and Reformer then I dived into the Diploma of Clinical Pilates with Breathe Education. It has been a hugely rewarding learning journey and I am excited to announce that I am now running private, small group and Clinical Pilates sessions here at The Professional Centre on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
