The New Moon in Aries peaks with seven planets gathered around her.
Sun. Moon. Mercury. Mars. Saturn. Neptune. Chiron.
All in the sign of fire. All in the sign of beginnings.
All witnessing what you plant right now.

This is not the same as other New Moons.
This is when the cosmos gives you permission to start again, and unlike other New Moons where you set intentions for the coming month, this one is different.

This is the time to think bigger.

Every ritual this week , the solar offering, the simmer pot, the stellium declarations , they were building toward this exact moment.

The fire has been lit.
The home has been charged.
The words have been spoken.

Now , seal it.

On a piece of paper write the one thing you are calling into this new chapter. Fold it toward you. Place it somewhere you will see it every day.

Then say out loud:

“Under this Aries New Moon
with seven planets as my witness —
I begin.
Not when I am ready.
Not when it feels safe.
Now.
The old version of me ends here.
The fire in me knows the way.
I trust it.
I follow it.
It is already done.

You will be jumping for joy as tomorrow is parkrun day. The weather is looking great and we are "G" for go.

When - 7:00 a.m. 🌅Make sure you're early for the run briefing. If you are visiting from interstate just a reminder we start a little earlier than some other parkruns.

Where - Park Beach Reserve.

Children under 11 must be accompanied by a guardian. No bikes 🚴‍♂️or scooters.🛴

Dogs on a short hand held leash.🐕🐾 Only one dog per person.

Please remember to bring your parkrun ID and return your finish token before you head off home or coffee.

Your System Responds To This Instantly

Your body isn’t meant to stay disconnected.

From movement.
From sensation.

• recovery becomes more efficient
• your system settles into balance

This is why grounding can feel both:
calming… and energizing at the same time.
Because you’re not adding something new.

You’re restoring a connection
your body already understands.

Being comfortable alone isn’t a flaw… it’s a level many people never reach. It means you’ve learned how to sit with yourself, enjoy your own energy, and not depend on noise to feel okay. That’s power.

But here’s the deeper truth—what feels like peace can sometimes quietly turn into isolation. Not because you can’t connect, but because you no longer feel the need to try. And over time, that comfort zone can shrink your world without you realizing it.

You’re not meant to choose between solitude and connection. You’re meant to master both. Be someone who is whole alone… but still open enough to share that wholeness with others.
The goal isn’t to force yourself into social energy that drains you. It’s to stay available for the right people, the right conversations, the right moments that add to your life—not distract from it.

So don’t see it as a “problem.” Just ask yourself honestly: Am I choosing solitude from strength… or avoiding connection without noticing?
