It’s a big job mama.

To hold it all while you try and hold yourself together.

Just a little reminder that looking after yourself is one of the greatest things you can do for your mini.

Take moments to fill yourself up, so you don’t run yourself into the ground.

Because, burn out is real.

Post natal depletion is awful.

Adrenal fatigue is no joke.

And the feeling of overwhelm doesn’t serve us.

Don’t forget about you.

The time you spend nourishing yourself, supports you in being the best version of you, and a more patient, present mama.

Find what brings you back to your centre. Whether it be big or small.
It’s ok, and necessary to look after you.

Just a girl, who was scared to use her voice fully for so long - feeling proud of the woman I am today.

Not perfect. But maybe perfectly fractured so more light could enter.

Each wound has served me with another layer of healing I never knew I needed.

Allowing me to shed what was holding me back, filling me up with what I need to have landed here - literally living the dream I was praying for.

Spending so much time with my son, running a yoga shala that truly feels like home, selling out my first teacher training, holding space for people to feel true peace and remembering, about to go on retreat with 14 special souls who will likely become more additions to my extended soul family.

It hasn’t come without sacrifice or hard work. But gosh it really is all worth it.

I don’t often speak about my “achievements” - I don’t even really like to call it that because I believe this work comes through me and I’m merely a vessel. And I’m not really looking to achieve anything but share the medicine that works for me. But it feels like it is about time to acknowledge the hard work I have been putting in to me, my family and my “work”.

And without any of you trusting me and showing up, it wouldnt be possible. So thank you, for your part you have played in bringing my dreams into this reality. I’m truly honored to be on this path.

Now if I could have a little rest from the healing and soak this up that would be amazing. Thank you, divine universe.

Which one are you drawn to most when things feel overwhelming?

Our responses to hard times are a telling sign of where we are at in our healing journey.
There are so many factors that come into play and affect the way we respond to challenging situations.
Some of us learn these responses from a very young age.

The way forward is to start recognizing your responses.
From here you can gain a deeper understanding of, and build a deeper relationship with yourself.

Healing comes when we can recognize our own behaviours and actions, and where they may be hindering or blocking our growth. When we can zoom out and see ourselves with a broader perspective we gain insight to where some work might need to happen.

When we are “activated” in stressful situations, we tend to respond in patterns. As we start to recognize and shift these patterns, it changes our natural reaction over time.

There are so many layers to healing, and from my perspective, it has to start with you. No one can really do the work for you because it requires YOU to take action and make changes for yourself.

So without judgement, can you recognise where you are at?

I struggle with daily tasks some days (sorry Marc)..

I thrive when I am creating in what I am passionate about.

My favorite thing to watch is stand up comedy.

Water brings me deep healing. Ocean, shower, river, creek, bath.

I was a really quiet kid. But I loved expressing myself through dancing & singing.

I feel like I’m a little awkward in new situations and friendships but I love connecting with other humans who want to talk about real stuff.

I deeply need alone time. To refresh, reset and just do nothing.

I get overwhelmed sometimes. And I think this is why I became so obsessed with this practice. It keeps me regulated.

I love hard. And am so loyal. Until I’m hurt (Scorpio sun)

I feel most comfortable when I’m invited into something. I’ve learnt recently this is a part of my human design. I struggle to show up on my own and will question if I’m wanted (1000 times).

I need to understand why and how things are the way they are and how they work - if I’m interested in them.

I’m obsessed with sound & music. Will have something playing most of the day.

I asked Marc what the most quirky thing about me was and he said “your clothes” - lol. I feel like I have more quirky things than this but there you go haha.

For me personally - my first yoga teacher training changed my life.

I actually had no intention becoming a teacher (Apparently the universe had its own plan).

I was just craving more of the practice that had already opened my eyes so much to new perspectives and ways of living. It had brought me so much peace. I needed to understand how & where its roots lay.

My first training showed me all of that and more. It exceeded my expectations and within the passion and gratitude I felt for the practice I had no choice but to share it.

It continues to guide me, and teach me new things everyday.
When I feel lost, it brings me home. When I’m in doubt, it opens my heart. When its all too much, its holds me in releasing.

So much more than a teacher training. A heart opening, veil lifting experience. A journey to the self like know other.

Our 200hour is starting in June. A container of expansion, remembering and sharing of the wisdom that changed my life.

At the very core, we are all made of vibration. Everything in our universe, including our bodies, operates at specific frequencies. Sound healing taps into this natural vibration, helping to restore balance and promote deep relaxation.

Research shows that our cells, tissues, and organs all emit frequencies, and when these are out of sync, it can lead to stress, illness, and emotional blockages.

Hello world.

I've been working on some pretty exciting things. It feels like an expansive, big new chapter for me.

It feels time to focus on my strengths, acknowledge my dedication and share what I've learnt on a deeper and more personal level.

I've been on this journey since 2016, and I am a forever indebted student to this practice. But I have learnt a few things along the way, and I would love to share some of them with you if it feels aligned.

These intuitively led, heart centred offerings come from an intricate weaving of the teachers I've been so privileged to sit with.

200hr YTT 🌞🌙

For a while there has been something brewing inside to share.

Its been alot of silly business with the mind to work through. “Am I experienced enough, what do I have to share, who is even listening...”

But after some recent big, life changing shifts I’ve been able to get out of my own way and take a leap. And I’m finally feeling ready to share.

I will be holding my first 200hour yoga teacher training this year.

Something that I have felt called to in the past few years as I continued to educate myself and experience guiding this practice in a way that has weaved in knowledge from the array of beautiful teachers I have been so lucky to learn from over the last 9years.

A training that, if anything will gift you the powers of knowing yourself deeply and experiencing life from a perspective of yogic philosophy. To practice safely and build a compassionate relationship with your body. With knowledge shared on Asana, philosophy, somatic practices, sound, frequency, and energy.

For a long time I was staying in relationships and friendships with people who made me feel inferior. About 14 years to be exact.

I was forming relationships from a very raw wounded place.
Always questioning myself. Allowing them to walk over me. Not being able to make decisions for myself. Afraid to speak my opinion. Mindful of taking up too much space.
Staying small.
Living with the belief that this was what I was worthy of.
Letting them convince me my emotional state was too sensitive. “It’s my problem”.

Until now.

I sat with some beautiful people in a healing ceremony that reconnected me with my power.
Reminded me of my essence.
Literally showed me where I was holding these people, relationships and wounds in my body, and helped me release them.

So here she is.

Unleashed.
Reborn.

Ready to live fully in my purpose without question.

Honoring my sensitivities for the gift they are.

Letting things drop away that don’t allow me to be this true version of me.

Taking up a bit more space.

Believing in myself again.

Drawing my self worth and power back to me.

Creating. Serving. Expanding.

And I’ve never felt lighter.

Before retreat, I was stressed, anxious, running on adrenaline and an empty tank.

I was feeling like a failure at everything. Mum, business owner, wife, friend, yoga instructor.

Heading towards retreat my head was filled with doubt because of the spiral I was in. I had moments of feeling lit up. But mostly I was tired and wondering if I was even capable or “worthy” of this experience. I doubted my ability to hold space in this way anymore.

Post retreat - I feel refreshed. I’m still busy(and tired😅) but I’m feeling full again. Creativity feels flowy, I feel reconnected to my teaching and I was reminded of my power. Day one I felt received with love and a huge relief as my heart was cracked open.

Being around you’r people will do this.

In a world that constantly makes you feel like you’re not achieving enough it’s easy to lose sight of what’s important. Your heart and your intention. And as a mum it’s easy to slip into placing yourself last on the list. This trip showed me it’s time to stop that.

I know that those who came on retreat were there because of the intention I set for the space and the energy I wanted to bring in. And I received everything I needed in that moment to realize that my mind was spiraling because my nervous system was imbalanced. (More to share on this importance soon).

But I’m just feeling so full and grateful when I think about where I was before I left, compared to where I am now.
Seeing more clearly, and ready to keep moving in my groove. In constant conversation with the universe again.
