I’ve been digging holes for some shrubs to beautify the entrance to Flo. Sprucing up the exterior of Flo has been on my mind for many months, but every time I went out to look at and feel into the area I kept feeling… blank 😳
✨ Those of us who have an open or undefined head centre (the white triangle at the very top of your Bodygraph) require external inspiration to get the ideas flowing.
Thankfully I have a dear friend who is not only a landscape genius, but also a creative whiz, who provided me some beautiful inspiration and advice.
This actually happened last year and I have been sitting on it since then, using all of the excuses NOT to dig the holes.
It’s too hot, the ground is too hard. These were pretty fair, but even when the temperature dropped and we had some recent downpours I still felt the resistance. I became stuck in the “it feels too hard” loop.A common shadow of mine 😏
A recent ‘gentle reminder’ that it will soon be too cold to put the plants in brought that inspiration back, but the energy wasn’t quite there. Or was it?
✨ Having an undefined root (the square at the bottom of your Bodygraph) can often show up as a slowness to get moving and not being a fan of pressure to get moving.
There are other parts of my design that have certainly played a part in this resistance, as well as knowing my birth story (I often get so far then get stuck and feel like I need help to progress).
Knowing this about myself supports me to move through the ‘stuck’ feelings, by doing something like taking myself outside into the fresh air and sunshine and moving my body, which then moves the stuck energy 👏
Hey presto, I am digging holes 💪🏻
✨ You too can learn where those stories of feeling stuck, uninspired, lacking energy and so much more come from through your Human Design.
