As a first line (having a number 1 at the beginning of his profile) this guy isn’t one to rush into trying new things. He needs to ask a lot of questions, gather all the info he can and preferably see it first before he makes a decision 👍🏻/ 👎🏻

When he had the opportunity to finally attend the Adventure Park with his brother and friends it was an instant YES Mum 🤩, followed by asking his brother lots of questions and looking at photos of all the water slides and rides on the website 🧐

After gathering his information the boys made a plan. - Oaky would watch Ruben go down one of the waterslides first so he could see exactly what happens.
- Then he would go down WITH Ruben IF he was satisfied with what he saw.

And that’s what happened.

✅ He observed.

✅ He told me he felt a little scared, but he knew he wanted to do it (he listened to his gut - Sacral Authority) and went down with his brother (needs to feel safe!).

He loved it so much he went on another 4 times. Always with someone he knew and felt safe with because this is what his body told him. When I asked if he wanted to go by himself it was a hard NO and we honoured it 💚💦✨

With a Sacral Authority, I am designed to trust my gut feelings. Apart from my Sacral Centre I only have definition in my Heart/Will Centre and G Centre. The rest of my centres are undefined and open. Some of these centres are known as pressure centres and others as potential fear centres and they have the ability to really put on a show when I am faced with something outside my comfort zone.

Our undefined and open centres are where our lessons come from and through this become our sources of wisdom. We learn and grow from stepping outside our comfort zone and sometimes that means doing the things we fear.

So how do we know what is truly meant for us and what is not? How do we know if it’s our body or our mind speaking to us.

Come back to your Strategy and Authority and have a conversation with your body. Notice where the feeling is coming from. Is it perhaps coming from years of conditioning, a traumatic memory or maybe even your open or undefined centres?

The more you build your connection with your Authority the more you will notice what the sensation feels like for you as a true YES or NO and the more comfortable and stronger this will become for you over time. This does not mean you will not be presented with uncomfortable situations that don’t require you to stretch.

It allows you to become curious with where you are making your decisions from and if they are serving you.

Even with Human Design you will continue to return to old habits and familiar ways of doing things, but over time you will start to call yourself out, like I am now. 6 years into the ride of de-conditioning! 🙏✨

We ended our schooling and working year of 2025 with a beautiful camp in a forest. It felt so nourishing to disconnect and be with the trees. It was exactly what we needed as we approached the end of the year.
So grateful to have these opportunities to create beautiful memories of joy, peace, growth and being 🌳🙏💚✨

Happy new year friends 🌼

I’m still currently on holidays enjoying my slow days of summer away from the noise of social media, but felt called to share this.

As we enter this 1 year of 2026, with its energy of new beginnings and initiative, what are you choosing to take into this next cycle? What are you ready to finally let go of, shed that final layer of outdated stories, beliefs, patterns and conditioning?

As we sit in the void of the unknown. For this last month of the year of the wood snake 🪵🐍 , I invite you to pay attention to the signs of what needs to be released before we shift into this new cycle, the year of the fire horse 🔥🐴

As a 4/6 Sacral Generator I have found these slow, spacious days have really allowed me to listen to my Sacral Authority and notice what I have energy for. My undefined root centre is so happy to be free of pressure to get kids to school, sports and all the other day to day things that come into play and this has created space for joy, play, creativity and rest. I am always grateful to have the awareness of mine and my boy’s Human Designs, especially during times of change and I am already doing a deep dive into our charts, as we dip our toes into this new cycle 🌀

As I sit in this space of reflection I feel an immense amount of gratitude for all that this past year has gifted me. The highs, the lows and everything that has stretched me in between. There has been a lot of stretching!

Thank you to you, my dear clients who are truly my friends. The old ones and the new. I am so grateful for all of your support within this past year, particularly through the transition of moving my business home. I deeply appreciate each and every one of you, for your trust, your willingness, your courage and your support. You each inspire me in your own unique way.

I’ve read a lot of parenting books and many of them have been great. None of them supported me like HD has though. Why?

Because learning my children’s Human Designs showed me how to raise and support them based on exactly who they are and how they are designed to be in this world.

It showed me how different both of my children are and what we as their parents can do to not only support them in being their true selves, but also to support us as their parents.

If I had have known from the moment he was born that my oldest son was a Manifestor with an emotional authority, caves environment and high sound digestion I would have done SO many things differently.

I would have completely understood that it was CORRECT for this little being to push our buttons like there was no tomorrow and show us new ways of doing things, (especially parenting him) rather than worrying there was something wrong with his ‘behavior’ or that we as his parents were doing something wrong.

I would have understood that he is lead by his wave of emotions and his emotions are BIG and that this too is correct for him, not wrong.

I would have understood that the environment that is the most supportive to him is similar to an actual cave. It is one that is dark, where he can sit with his back or chair against a wall and he can see the access points so he knows when someone is coming in the room.

I would have understood that the most supportive way of him digesting his food and the content he is taking in breaks all the typical rules of “good behaviour.” It is supportive for him to have background noise that feels good to him, to read or even do homework while he is eating, lightly bouncing on a fitball or having some physical moment such as getting up from the table every once and a while to move and that it’s going to feel quite uncomfortable to just sit still at a table and simply eat his meal.

I don’t regret what we did in those early years of parenting. You only know what you know and we did our very best. Since learning his Human Design though, we can use this information to support him and ourselves and it doesn’t mean we don’t make mistakes and that everything is sunshine and roses, but it does give us a reference to work with and it just makes sense! To him and to us!
