Yoga at Cohuna Health Balance. Hi I'm Rachel, I teach Yoga at Cohuna Health Balance. Classes can be booked via website or phone.

I discovered yoga over 10 years ago to balance my busy life working as a Nurse and Midwife. With yoga I was able to unwind, rejuvenate and strengthened my body and mind. Deciding to explore yoga and yoga philosophy I did my 200hr teacher training with Vitality yoga in Bendigo, and Yin yoga training with Bernie Clarke. I offer Yin Yoga classes for deep stretch and relaxation, Gentle Yoga and Hatha Yoga classes both linking the mindful breathing to movement.
