Thank you to our wonderful group fitness clients and a few of our lovely regular patients we were proud to handover 2 big tubs of non perishable food with a few Christmas gifts thrown in.
The amazing Sue Allen (pictured) is making sure all of this heads to wonderful people that might just need that little bit of extra help over the Christmas period.
We are extremely grateful to our wonderful community and are planning on making this an annual event.
Next year we will aim for 4 tubs

Wow!
Thats a wrap for 2025!
On Monday afternoon our FFS class got together to celebrate the year with some Christmas Joy, Merry Tunes and even a bit of Santa’s Rocky Road!
A MASSIVE THANK YOU to all the ladies for a fantastic effort in 2025.
Classes will resume in February 2026
New Ladies are always welcome and we have assessment appointments available in Late January , comment below for more details or send thru a message over the Christmas break
