Sore feet from standing all day? It might be your shoes.
You need:
✅ a firm midsole
✅ a heel raise of around 10 to 15mm
✅ enough room for your toes to spread and sit flat.
Worn-out trainers, flat canvas shoes, and most work footwear don't tick those boxes.
