This 7-week series includes two distinct programs tailored to support your child’s growth, both physically and mentally:
Movement & Mindset (Ages 8–12)
This program combines playful physical training with guided reflection activities to help kids build confidence, awareness, and strong habits — both on and off the field.
Strength for Sport (Ages 10–14)
A foundational strength and movement program for young athletes and active kids, focused on technique, injury prevention, and developing performance-focused habits in a supportive group setting.
Each 40-minute session includes:
✅ Engaging warm-up routines
✅ Skill-based movement or strength training
✅ Weekly mindset or educational focus
✅ A positive, supportive group environment
Sessions will be starting on Monday the 4th of August, with sessions running on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. Places are limited, with priority given to those booking the full series.
