With over 25 years of dedicated yoga practice and 15 years of teaching experience, Melissa Johnson has a deep understanding of the transformative power of mindful movement. Rooted in Iyengar yoga, Melissa has expanded her approach to include strength training and mobility work, integrating these elements into her practice.
As a certified personal trainer and FRC mobility specialist, Melissa teaches that strength, mobility, and flexibility are essential for a balanced yoga practice. Her approach is grounded in mindfulness, breath, and strength — combining physical, emotional, and mental clarity for a holistic experience.
