Last night St. Elizabeth Home was invited to attend the Schools Industry Partnership Awards Dinner after being nominated for providing valuable contributions to youth work placement experiences. Since the commencement of this partnership St. Elizabeth Home has hosted over 400 placements. The mentorship offered by experienced facility staff is greatly appreciated and is vital to the program’s success. St. Elizabeth Home proudly supports this initiative and the positive impact on the community.
The award was accepted by the CEO and Hospitality Services Manager.

Visiting from Hungary, singing performer Kiss Kata and her fellow entertainers, held a concert at St. Elizabeth Home for residents with a display of poetry reading, song and dance, all in a beautiful Hungarian costume. Residents and staff enjoyed this occasion singing along to old favourites celebrating Hungarian culture. It was a touching and heartfelt experience for many.
