Yoga has arrived in Coles Bay 🌿

With sweeping views across the powerful and ever-changing Hazard Mountains, Changing Point is now running weekly yoga classes at Edge of the Bay. There is something truly special about moving, breathing and grounding yourself while overlooking one of the most magical and healing landscapes in Tasmania.

We are offering a variety of classes throughout the week to suit your schedule, and to celebrate the launch we are introducing a limited Introductory Month Pass.

Introductory Month Pass – $100
• Includes one yoga class per week for four weeks
• Commencing Monday 23rd February
• Choose either 10:30am or 6:00pm
• Attend the same class time each week for four consecutive Mondays
• Strictly limited to Mondays only

Our classes are capped at just 8 people, creating an intimate, personalised and rewarding experience with your instructor.

Your instructors:
• Gui – Monday 10:30am
• Lova – Monday 6:00pm

Spots for the monthly pass are limited, so we encourage you to secure your place early.

If Mondays don’t suit you, casual drop-in classes are also available on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with an introductory offer of $28/class.

✨Meet Tommy – Physio-trained Massage Therapist ✨

We’re excited to welcome back Tommy, a highly skilled, physio-trained massage therapist from Spain, now practicing here on Tasmania’s East Coast.

Tommy has been working in Australia for over 3 years, including extensive experience along the West Coastof Australia, and many of you may remember him from Changing Point Massage last summer.

With a strong background in physiotherapy, Tommy brings a deeper understanding of movement, injury, and rehabilitation into every massage. He seamlessly integrates physio-based techniques with massage therapy to deliver results-focused treatments — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing pain, or simply looking to relax and reset.

Tommy will be with us for the summer season until April, so be sure to book in while he’s available.
