As the astrological year is wrapping up, we’re in a place where we are letting go of what was, and moving towards what could be.
In this workshop we will move through a vinyasa flow (yoga) and into shamanic breathwork and meditation/journeying so that you can step into the year open, and inviting in the future you want.
Come and connect to the energy of the elements and nature, as the sun rises over Collaroy beach.
After the workshop you’re welcome to enjoy me for a dip in the ocean, the perfect spiritual cleanse.
All levels welcome, you’ll leave feeling lighter, energised and connected. Definitely an event you can come to on your own.
