Australian authorities have recommended the Influenza vaccine be administered at least 2 weeks apart from the COVID vaccine, so should be done as early as possible.
Vaccines stimulate our body to produce antibodies against a specific virus. This process takes between 3 and 14 days after the vaccination; we are not considered ‘protected’ until this process is complete, so care should be taken during this time.
COVID Vaccinations: We will keep you updated as to when we receive stock and can start taking appointments for COVID vaccinations. Our pharmacist Winston has completed the required training is eager to start the roll out as well!
