𝗔 𝗵𝘂𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁-𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝘂̈𝘃𝗲𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 for generously donating a 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗔-𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶 𝟱𝟰𝟬—along with delivery—to our LifeWorks Sargood on Collaroy gym. 🎉

This helpful gift came about during one of Royal Rehab Foundation’s appeals, when Müve Tech offered a gift-in-kind donation instead of a monetary contribution. And what a gift it is!

The 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶 is a therapy device designed for passive, assistive, or active movement of both upper and lower limbs. It’s perfect for strengthening and mobilising clients whose mobility is restricted due to injury, surgery, or musculoskeletal conditions. And lastly, thanks to its portability, our clients at LifeWorks Sargood have the bonus to take their workouts outdoors and enjoy the beautiful Collaroy surroundings while staying active. 🌊💪

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming members of the British & Irish Lions and the Matt Hampson Foundation to Royal Rehab LifeWorks at Sargood.

We were proud to showcase our stunning location, purpose-built facilities and share how our innovative technology and equipment support people living with spinal cord injury and other neurological conditions.

It was also a wonderful opportunity to highlight the passionate team behind our services, whose dedication and expertise make it all possible.

A big thank you to our guests for taking the time to visit and learn more about the work we do.

NAIDOC Week at Royal Rehab LifeWorks.

NAIDOC Week is a time to reflect, to listen, and to honour the strength and resilience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the world’s oldest continuing cultures.

This year marks a significant milestone: 50 years of NAIDOC. The 2025 theme, “The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy,” is a powerful reminder that the future is being shaped by young First Nations leaders, grounded in the strength of their ancestors, inspired by the vision of their communities, and driven to carry forward a proud legacy.

We recognise that true healing extends beyond the physical. It’s about connection, to land, to culture, to each other. It's about listening to the voices of First Nations people and supporting a future shaped by self-determination, cultural strength, and community-led leadership.

As we mark this milestone NAIDOC Week, we reaffirm our ongoing commitment to reconciliation, standing with First Nations peoples in their continued fight for justice, equality, and recognition. And we celebrate the next generation: strong, visionary, and ready to lead.

Together, we honour the past, stand with the present, and look ahead with hope.

Today marks the beginning of National Reconciliation Week 2025. It's a time for all Australians to reflect, learn, and take meaningful steps toward a more united future.
Royal Rehab LifeWorks acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of this land, and we pay deep respect to Elders past, present, and emerging. Their enduring connection to Country, culture, and community continues to enrich our nation.
This week reminds us that reconciliation is not a single moment, but an ongoing journey. A truly reconciled Australia can only be realised when First Nations peoples are empowered to contribute equally and meaningfully to our national life.
