Introducing our new Nutritionist, Jarrod Williams!
Another Northern Beaches born and bred local, our Certified Nutritionist, Jarrod, comes to us with a background in highly nutrition-dependent sports including Mixed Martial Arts, Calisthenics and Bouldering. With his own long standing passion for optimising performance and body composition, Jarrod understands the importance of individualised nutrition for both weight management and healthy living.
Jarrod takes his practical and evidence-based approach to help patients optimise their gut health, enact sustainable weight loss strategies, and achieve everyday wellness and peak performance.
Also, as a patient of our chiropractic team himself, Jarrod highly values the use of nutrition to aid tissue repair, manage inflammation, and improve joint health.
