Looking for dayshift and weekend supports in Collie, Bunbury and Capel, must be available for more than just weekend shifts.
Prefer someone with lots of availability.

Looking for some amazing staff to join our team.
Are you a hard worker who likes to work with a supportive crew? Do you have experience in assisting people to live their best life?
Looking for casual staff to join our team.
Desired preferences
- cert 3 in Individual Support or aged care
- ndis screening clearance
- first aid
- drivers license and reliable vehicle essential with insurance
- ndis worker orientation certificate
- experience with hoisting
- good pay rates

Must be living in Collie or willing to travel to Collie for shifts. Also availability in Bunbury, dalyellup, Capel and Brunswick

We’re super excited to share that Outta the Box Support Services (OBSS) has just opened a freshly renovated Short-Term Accommodation (Respite) house in Collie – and it’s ready to welcome participants!

Here’s a little snapshot of what’s on offer at our Collie house:

🏡 2 cosy, freshly renovated participant bedrooms
🎨 Craft, games & creative activities
🌱 A veggie patch project (plant, water & harvest together)
🍳 Fun cooking lessons & shared meals
🤝 Plenty of opportunities to get out & about in the community (cafés, shops, events, parks)

When? Weekdays or weekends – overnight or a couple of days. Each stay is tailored around the participant’s goals and interests.

Supports:

✔ 1:1 or 1:2 staffing (depending on needs)

✔ Medication assistance if required

✔ Friendly, experienced staff who love what they do

❗ While the Collie house isn’t wheelchair accessible, we’re also able to provide respite at other suitable locations to ensure all participants can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.

We’d love to welcome new participants for a break that’s supportive, fun, and goal-focused. If you’d like to chat about whether this might suit someone on your caseload, please get in touch.

The City of Albany Seniors Expo, proudly supported by major sponsors MindSpot Clinic and Clarence Estate Residential & Home Care , with additional support from Albany & Regional Volunteer Service, is back for another year.

On Tuesday, 11 November, come down to Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre between 10am - 2pm and explore a wide range of stalls, demonstrations and activities designed to connect, inform and inspire our senior community. Chat with local service providers about health, wellbeing, aged care, lifestyle and social opportunities all in one place.

Enjoy free entertainment, giveaways and plenty of friendly faces ready to help you make the most of what Albany has to offer.

Roll into the weekend fun starting this Sunday, 19th October from 9:30am–11:00am at ALAC!
The program runs for 8 weeks until 7th December.

👉 $6 per session – pay at the front counter
