Life Update:

A lot of people have been asking what I’ve been doing and where I am. I’ve been on a long journey of transformation. So, I’ve summarised it in this post… I’m sure the Universe will connect you to this post if you are required to know something. I’m aware it will open new spaces for some of you. With vulnerability I share this...

In early 2024 whilst living in Melbourne, I could perceive the land at Noosa calling me to “come home, heal and be”. I didn’t really know what this meant, but I trusted the energies and I moved to Noosa in May.

For two months I went into my version of solitude, juice fasted, was so incredibly present and listened to what my heart and body were communicating, following every request they made. I had bullet proof focus on healing myself. Every moment of each day I was all in, fully tapped into Source energy and body whispering, traversing hidden parts of me. I also received deep cellular colonics (with energy healing) from a divine light being who guided me so lovingly.

On the 33rd colonic, I gave it up and let it all go! All the stories, patterns, criticisms of self - plus the manifestation of these in physical form that created illness. My 33rd colonic was honestly the greatest spiritual experience of my life so far and I cherish the memory.

After 7 years and $300,000 invested towards healing my body and being completely on my knees, I healed an extremely challenging chronic illness. This process of healing is one of the greatest triumphs of my life!

From there, I travelled and yahooed around Europe, came home to Noosa and sat in stillness for several months with the realisation that almost everything I was doing and had created as my life no longer aligned. It was uncomfortable to say the least! I’ve had to re-create my life from scratch and get to know this new me.

At the same time my soul growth rapidly accelerated, my frequency increased, new gifts and capacities have shown up and my light radiates so brightly. I am very happy!

I’m excited to announce, I’ve birthed a new creation recently. I’ll share it with you soon. xx

How many past stories and patterns do you use to run your life?

We’ve been taught to use them as a valuable resource for navigation for the future. What to choose, or not choose based on these past experiences, attitudes, beliefs we've formed etc. But the past is the past. What happened in the past… is in the past.

Why make it so relevant when when we have now. Now, the present, is what is of value (and YOU).

What if you didn’t have any past stories and patterns? No thick gewy heavy blah that keeps you in the poo. If you purged them all away, underneath that is YOU, where your lightness shines brightly. Where you are able to expand and have the bliss and peace you deserve.
With that purging there is a clean slate available. If you had this clean slate what would you choose? What would your life be? How different would you be?

I got to facilitate an Access Bars class on Easter Sunday.
We went to new places and uncovered new spaces within ourselves. These classes are so much more than ‘just’ learning the Access Bars technique. I’m honoured to facilitate Access Bars.

3 in row! 1 per month! 3 Foundation classes in 3 months. That’s what I chose!!

A few years ago, I registered for my first Foundation class. Having no clue what the class was about, I knew I had to choose it.

After the first day of class, I was completely different. I had this flow and clarity I’d never had before. I had peace and ease that I didn’t know was possible. This class changed my life for the better.

My desire is for everyone to have a constant state of flow and have way more access to their inner beauty and brilliance. I know the Foundation class fast tracks that process to have more of YOU.

This is my first Foundation class that I’m facilitating and I’m so excited to announce it!

I can’t imagine what my life would be like now if I hadn’t been invited to experience Access Bars a few years ago.
At that time, I was very mentally unwell and had tried so many different modalities and therapies, and no matter what help I found, I wasn’t getting any better. Things were getting worse.

Honestly, within a few weeks of receiving Access Bars, I was happy and free of the depression veil. The change happened quick. I found what I required.

There is a lot more to my story of change, but what I will say is that everything in my life gets better and better everyday!

All it took was an invitation to experience Access Bars. So this is my invitation to you! 😽

A new year - new possibilities!

What would you like your life to be like in 2024 … and beyond? What if you could have a greater happier and more enjoyable 2024?

Why do I facilitate these classes? They make me so happy AND the participants that attend have enormous changes during the class (which makes me and them happy too).

Access Bars declutters the mind. It cleans the slate so you have greater access and more clarity with those things in life that make you happy. And it’s far easier to choose and create your life from that space.
