Yoga in un**es, an opportunity to explore moving your body freely without the grabbing and pinching of clothing, It does create a sense of physical freedom in the body. and it goes feel great to be able to move your arm and legs easily.

This class is for gay men, gentle easy class, with a relaxation at the end to relax and unwind .
Wear clothes that are easy to move in. Trakies or shorts, tee or singlet.

We work in pairs and stretch each other out with guided instructions. .every joint , every muscle and part of your body is stretched opened and worked out. You will stretch in ways you cannot stretch on your own.

GMY Studio reopens on Monday 29th January 2024 For another year 😎
This year is the 23rd anniversary of the studio opening in Collingwood Melbourne Australia.
Over the years we have had so many men local total and international visiting the studio for group and private sessions - a big thankyou to everyone for the support over the years and am looking forward to supporting gay men around the world again in 2024.

Had a fantastic summer holiday break over the summer - happy new year to everybody and looking forward to seeing everybody soon ❤️
