Sundays at Gokula House offer a variety of meditations including guided meditation, mantra breath meditation, kirtan, and talks on yoga wisdom.

Not only does kirtan help relieve stress, worries, and anxiety, it awakens and cultivates the innate wisdom, happiness, and spiritual love lying dormant within you. By gradually cleansing your heart and mind, you can discover and experience your real identity, self-worth, and purpose in life.

Namaste and welcome to Gokula House. We invite you to discover this sanctuary near the heart of Melbourne on the border of Collingwood & Fitzroy. Programs include Learn to Meditate classes, Kirtan Meditation evenings, Hatha Yoga classes, Deep Peace Guided Meditation and Yoga Philosophy classes. So come along and experience what we have to offer and enrich your life by nurturing your mind, body and soul.

Our programs are simple and enjoyable and can benefit everybody regardless of age or current physical condition. Our goal is to guide you to a more balanced lifestyle with an increased sense of wellbeing and vitality as your body grows stronger and more flexible, your mind calm—and bring a greater sense of sacredness into daily life.

Established in the year 2000 in Collingwood, Gokula House is a not-for-profit centre run by volunteers and is a branch of the Australian School of Meditation & Yoga.
