Itโ€™s been a delicious day of eating so far. Breakfast stir fry with tofu, enoki, sh*take & king oyster mushrooms, broccoli, coriander, black sesame & thin omelette ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ Followed by a light lunch of 100% rye black sourdough toast with heirloom tomatoes, basil and buffalo bocconcini. Plan is to follow it up with chicken & turmeric soup for dinner. Feeling blessed with all the wonderful ingredients I have around me.
