Not chiro related, but personal post for today! These are Dr. Sarah’s favourite audiobooks from this year:

If you know me, you would know that I is an absolute audiobook addict! We are currently working on sourcing some of our favourite recommendation books for the clinic 📕 My favourite way of reading in these books are audiobook form (which makes sharing a little bit harder), but I thought I would share screenshots of my favourite books over the last year in order of my most recommended as well!

🎧 I’ve listen to them (mostly) free on a mix of Spotify, BorrowBox, and Libby.

I hope this helpful to everyone I have recommended a book to (but forgotten the name of it!) or finds interest in these subjects too.

Fun fact about our chiros!
Sarah was a swim teacher and coach for toddlers all the way up to adults for a decade before becoming a chiro! ⭐️

It was a huge part of her life and still a passion.
Her client management still has a strong emphasis on balance, education, building strength & endurance and the importance of consistency.

Not to mention the many more water options there are for exercises. 🏊‍♀️ 💦

Next time you are in be sure to question her about anything regarding swimming! 🥽
