I’m very excited to let you know that our Seniors Yoga classes will resume next week, on Monday 19 January 2026.
Yoga class Times (unchanged):
Monday: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Wednesday: 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Friday: 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
If you took a break from your yoga practice, this is the perfect time to return. Let the new year be the year you truly take care of your health and become the best version of yourself.
New year, new beginnings! If you are new to yoga, this is also a wonderful time to start. We will revisit the yoga foundations and introduce some new practices. You will learn to practise yoga mindfully while improving your strength, flexibility, balance, meditation, and overall wellbeing—alongside a fantastic group of like-minded people.
I’m really looking forward to seeing you on the mat. 🧘♀️
