Due to popular demand from our local seniors, we’re excited to introduce a Chair Yoga class🪑.
📍 Where: Concord Senior Citizens Club
🗓 When: Every Wednesday
⏰ Time: 1:45 PM – 2:45 PM
Chair yoga is a gentle and accessible form of yoga performed while seated or using a chair for support—perfect for seniors, beginners, or anyone with limited mobility. No need to get up and down from a yoga mat!
