While November is winding down, the critical issue of men’s mental health is always present. Every hour, we lose 60 men globally to su***de. You can help change that by joining The Order of Mo and committing to their ‘Move for Mental Health’ challenge!

Commitment: Run or walk 60km over the month (at your own pace!).
The Meaning: That’s $60\text{km}$ for the 60 men we lose to su***de each hour, every hour, across the world.

Sign Up: Ready to become one with the Mo? Sign up online or download the Movember app. Choose ‘Move’ as your challenge.
Set Up Your Profile: Land on your Mo Space (your public profile). Set your fundraising target, make your motivation known, and upload a selfie!
Move for Mental Health: Pound the pavement or make a date with the treadmill. Just start moving!
