Brays Optique is an independent local optometry practice. Sarah is a highly skilled optical dispenser with a passion for customer service and an eye for detail.

Formerly operating as Maria Norris Optometrist, we have changed our name and moved to a new location at Shop 1/42-44 Brays Road Concord after being on Majors Bay Road for 27 years. Formerly Elizabeth Wilson Optometrist, this practice has been serving the people of Concord since 1997. When Elizabeth chose to leave due to illness in 2015, Sarah Fayle, her experienced optical dispenser of 18 years and Maria Norris, an optometrist of 30 years experience, formed a partnership to establish Maria Norris Optometrist. Sarah and Maria look forward to continuing to provide quality vision care to the Concord community for many years to come. Sarah can guide you through the selection of the frames and lenses that best suit your needs and lifestyle with her individualised advice and specialist knowledge. Sarah makes most of the spectacles we supply right here on the premises, from our range of high quality frames and lenses. She will continue to service and maintain your glasses for you for years to come. It is this passion for quality and service that means you can be assured that your glasses will fit well and look good. Maria is a highly experienced Optometrist with over 30 years in the industry. She has worked in a number of boutique private practices across Australia and the United Kingdom. In recent years Maria has also provided both pre-op and post-op care for patients at one of Sydney's most reputable laser surgery clinics. Maria has also served on the committee of the Contact Lens Society of NSW, and has mentored students at the University Of NSW, School Of Optometry. Always keen to expand her knowledge, in 2016, Maria undertook a Graduate Diploma in Ocular Therapeutics course.

Celebrating 28 years of service - a note from Sarah, our optical dispenser
This week marks 28 years that I have been serving the people of Concord. The practice opened at 49a Majors Bay Road in May 1997, moved to 59 Majors Bay Road in 2009. In 2015, Maria and I bought the practice from Elizabeth. In January of this year we relocated to our current location on Brays Road and renamed the practice. Below I’m preparing the display in the first shop and then here I am on my 28th anniversary in our beautiful new shop. Thanks for all your years of support. It means so much to me and I still to this day enjoy helping you all choose your frames!
