Since opening our doors in 2006 with just two part-time GPs, Conder Surgery has grown into a vibrant, multidisciplinary practice serving the Lanyon Valley community. Today, we’re proud to offer care from six dedicated GPs, three compassionate practice nurses, and a team of allied health professionals, including a diabetes educator, audiologist, exercise physiologist, and social worker.

We provide a wide range of services—from chronic disease management, immunisations, pregnancy options, women's health, and mental health support to preventative care, health assessments, and allied health referrals. Every service is delivered with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to patient care.
