Now the fire works of the new year are settling… and Im hearing friends express their New Year’s resolution, dreams, plans and goals for the next 12 months.

How many of you have this big aspirations and than half way through the year you are left feeling defeated because you have not meet the expectation you set.
Than how many fall in the cycle of excuses… “oh its because of this”, “i need to get this done first”… “I will start next year”?

What would it look like to remove all of the BS and simple make the committment to being present with yourself.

Meeting yourself exactly were you are, each and every single day.
No expectations, no judgement, no excuses and no stories.

Can you already fell that weight lifted from your shoulders? I know I did….

The time is now.

Welcome 2026:

I can already feel this is going to be a massive year.

Before I begin with my offerings as a coach, I have decided to share an offering of my own journey.

I am about to begin a Qi Gong 5 day challenge. I begin Monday the 5th January. I will be sharing everyday for the 5 days, either with a post or a video to share some inspiration. When we commit to ourselves and go inwards instead of listening to the external noice around us. We begin to heal, we begin to empower and align with our own journey and purpose.

So if you, or someone you know that could use some inspirations right now, share this with them.
