A healthy nervous system is adaptable, flexible and anti-fragile.

A regulated nervous system is one of the greatest resources we can offer to a person who's experienced trauma, anxiety and lengthy periods of being unwell.

A healthy nervous system isn't built through relaxation. It's health depends on being met where the receiver needs to be met. The growth and expansion happens with gentle encouragement and feelings of safety at the edge of the comfort zone.

To listen with deep awareness, to the vagal tone, is the connection between the brain, the heart and the gut.

๐Ÿ’ซ from thought (usually overthinking)
โค๏ธ to heart intelligence
๐Ÿฆ‹ to the belly intuition/ instinct

when the vagus nerve is met, through various techniques and visceral awareness, there's the creation of:

๐Ÿงฉ Bonding
๐Ÿงฉ Newness
๐Ÿงฉ Expression
๐Ÿงฉ Transformation
๐Ÿงฉ Relief- expansion

Deep listening is the ability to be seen, heard and understood.
Deep listening is built through
๐ŸŽง being curious,
๐ŸŽง being vulnerable
๐ŸŽง non- judgemental
๐ŸŽง acknowledging what's being heard

Deep listening is
โ˜ฎ non- threatening
โ˜ฎ assuring
โ˜ฎ connecting others back to their power
โ˜ฎ responsible way

We heal together.
Healing is always happening.
Change is always happening.

We aren't meant to stay the same, we move, grow, evolve, change with the seasons, move with the cycles of nature.

Lean in, step in, travel with life energy.

Genuinely send ripples out into the world, we're leading each other home.

Unbind from limitations, open to the possibilities,ย  broaden perspectives.

So it's been a little while since I got on here and shared what's been happening in my world.
Honestly, it's been a huge shift and change! On June 30th (the end of the financial year here in Australia), I chose to say goodbye to my clinic of 8 years! The passion had faded, and stagnation had set in! The comfort zone felt outgrown and outlived!

I feel that I do my best work well out of my comfort zone, where I need to follow my instincts and let intuition lead me. Sure enough, a whole new world to explore has opened up! New connections, new circles, new communities, new environments. I've been actively casting new seeds out into the ether and stepping back to see what grows ๐ŸŒฑ
Right place, right timing, in synchronicity, and pure engagement with the whole of life!

For over two decades, I've been the student, the eager receiver of knowledge and wisdom, and now I get to share the skills and the craft I've honed for so long. I get to share these gifts and talents with eager students, their reflection, just like mine - dedicated, passionate, enthusiastic, freedom-seeking, innovative, authentic and explorative.

There is no set path, only listening to the moment becoming the next moment and responding to that.

Children benefit from Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy as it meets their needs where they're most receptive, As kids grow, their development changes, they develop different needs and have different challenges with the different stages of life passage. These milestones, such as rapid physical growth, growing pains, bone and posture changes, sensory overload to society's demands, processing information and integrating that information, toddler> child> teenager transitions all impact children in different ways.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy supports the intricate therapeutic needs that are unique to children or adolescents compared to adults. Kids have a number of Rites Of Passage to experience. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy holds space for that.

As a therapist, I have the privilege of being a witness supporting as a neutral, engaged and present space-holder. I work with children and their family, with the child at the centre of the family relationships and with the therapeutic dynamics in the clinic room.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy helps to create bonding, love and belonging, that's innate in our humanness. The informed touch around Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a catalyst for health and regulation, supporting the childs wholeness and ability to flourish.

Value yourself because the best investment you have is you. Whether it's improving your skills, or ncreasing your knowledge, nothing pays off more than self-inquiry and self growth..

If you're like me, you're a voracious reader, spending 80% of my free time reading books, listening to podcasts andย  practicing my skills. My downtime is fully learning time. I feel the more that I learn, the more informed and better my choices are.

So here's my question to you- when was the last time you invested in your health, in acquiring new knowledge or skills? These are the things that can reward you with their wealth for a lifetime.

Learning new skills is an invaluable resource. Investing in yourself also connects you to your curiosity, commitment, mastery, problem-solving, passion, and enthusiasm and not to mention your health. Learning keeps you mentally sharp and attentive.

WHY come to me, because it feels right!
Let your guidance be based on trust and allow your decision-making to be receptive, from the gut.

I love what I do every day! I help people find ways to live a more inspiring life. Believe it or not, I'm a Craniosacral Therapist!

Who are my people?
Early Adopters- people who are comfortable spending time, money and energy becoming a part of something that reflects their own beliefs, are incredibly curious and enjoy having a good risk tolerance, want to try things first, go out of their way to see me in my clinic because they value what I do and they get what I do. Willing to pay premium, suffer inconvenience of travelling to have me as their guide and therapist.

Why I do what I do?
I'm passionate about being on the growing edge, and my clients are the same. My vision for doing what I do is so that people who come into my orbit get to feel their centre, their core strengths, the things that light them up from the heart, from the inside. I want to inspire others to follow their unseen so it's shared and seen in the world, to voice their unsaid so it's spoken in the world. To feel authentically themselves, able to express without feeling the fear of persecution,ย  judgement, and isolation.

If you feel drawn to connect, please reach out.

The big theme that's coming up right now is TRUST!

Being at the cusp of a threshold, a doorway to growth and transformation! Who's feeling it?!

I've had a few God help me moments this month, where I've dropped back into a lack of trust with life. Having outgrown the world that once was, feeling vulnerable in the unknown and surrendering into the unseen has been taking real courage.

Heading into unknown territory often means surrendering all that holds security. Relationships, social groups, social status, jobs, ego identification, roles, we have to die a death of the old self for the new to be birthed.

What's showing up now is painful, but it's transformative! This takes trust! Trust that there'll be no annihilation from the pain, trust that the intensity of the sensations will move through, will rise and pass, without killing us.

To trust in a life that's bigger than we identify with. To trust in the bigger picture.
We're now being offered an invitation from life to step into another life within a life, an opportunity, a higher, fuller expression.

Recognising that we can't go back to the way things were. Feelings of being less clear, less secure, less stable, less in control are asking us to TRUST!

You got this! We've got this! Not matter how much chaos there seems to be, remember that we can trust ourselves, our instincts, and where we're at, and it's moving us into the right place!

Remember, we''re held in safety, to re-emerge from the disarray in a new way, a new way of being, of meeting, of living, inspired ideas, new relationships, new ways of creating.

If you need a guide, a witness, or a listener, reach out.

Get inspired!
There's an interesting old timers saying that you dig your grave with your teeth! I know, bizarre right?! But, it's actually true!
The quality of your life is directly relational to the quality of your diet and the food choices you make.

So, eat with mindfulness, choose with wisdom and enjoy your food with love โค๏ธ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ’–
