This is something I’ve had to really learn over time😅

Consistency isn’t about being perfect or pushing through no matter what. It’s about knowing when to pull things back, support your body and still show up in a way that feels good for you.

Most people fall off track the second they feel a bit off
and then feel like they have to “start again” the next week.

but you don’t, you just adjust. And that’s where the results actually come from!!

Most women are trying to “fix” their hormones but skipping the basics.

As a online naturopath and PT, this is one of the first things I clean up with my clients when we’re working on their foundations 👇🏼

1. NO Coffee on an empty stomach
This spikes cortisol first thing in the morning, puts your body straight into a stress response and can throw off your blood sugar, energy and hormones for the rest of the day.

2. NO Skipping breakfast / fasting
Eating within 30-60 minutes of waking (with enough protein, carbs, fats + fibre) helps regulate blood sugar, support your hormones and actually improves energy, cravings and fat loss long term.

Doing the right things consistently when you have the right support and guidance, is what will get you the results you want!!

My Saturday morning ritual 🌸

Coffee, Centennial and a long walk to get my steps in. The best at to start the weekend!!

So I thought I’d open it up to my community.

If you’re someone who struggles to hit 8–10k steps during the week, doesn’t love intense cardio, or just wants a low-pressure way to move your body, come join my Saturday morning walk.

It’s very casual, no fitness level required, no awkward vibes. Just steps and good conversation.

📍 Centennial Park (near the Greenhouse cafe)
🕖 Meet 7:15am (coffee/matcha first), walk 7:30am
