How is every one going? I am watching 👀

If you haven’t created your accountability post yet - DO IT! If you haven’t revisited your accountability post - REFLECT in your comments.

Be honest with yourself and become aware of your habits. This is how we change and become the best version of ourselves. It all starts with awareness 🫶

For a long time, I thought fat loss meant eating less and training harder.

What I’ve learnt is that it starts with support (not restriction).

If you’re feeling stuck, the 10 Day Radiance Reset is there for you.

We start Monday 2nd Feb. Link in bio to join🤍

Building Radiant Health has taught me so much about women.

One of the biggest lessons👇
Most women aren’t lazy.

They’re overwhelmed.
Under-supported.
Disconnected from safety in their bodies.

When a woman finally feels supported - nutritionally, physically, emotionally - something shifts.
Hormones balance, digestion improves and the body responds.

Not because she tried harder.
But because she finally felt safe enough to change.

This is why I don’t believe in pushing women harder.
Support first. Pressure last.

If you’ve ever thought “why can’t I just be consistent?” - Radiant Health is for you.

This isn’t just about how Eliza looks - it’s about how she felt 🤍

When we started working together, the goal was to feel strong, confident, and at home in her body for her wedding (without restriction or extremes).

And this is what she said after her big day:

“I honestly felt the best I’ve felt at my wedding - so strong and happy in my body 🥲🥹”

That’s the real win.

Built through nourishment, consistency, and trust - not perfection.

So proud of you Eliza 🤍

3 signs your body doesn’t feel safe enough to change👇

1️⃣ You’re doing the “right” things, but nothing is shifting
You’re eating well, training consistently, trying to be disciplined… yet fat loss, gut symptoms or hormone issues won’t budge.
This often means your nervous system is prioritising protection over change.

2️⃣ Your symptoms flare when life gets busy or stressful
Bloating, fatigue, cravings, poor sleep, PMS or low motivation ramp up during stressful periods.
That’s your body responding to perceived threat, not lack of willpower.

3️⃣ Rest feels uncomfortable (and slowing down makes you anxious)
You struggle to fully rest without guilt, and feel like you need to do more to get results.
This is a big sign your system is stuck in fight-or-flight.

This isn’t your body being broken or resistant. IT’S YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM asking for safety, consistency and nourishment first.

This is why real change doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from regulating before restricting.

Hit save 🤍 This is something your body needs you to remember.

I used to think healing my gut meant throwing everything at it.

More supplements.
More rules.
More trying to be “perfect”.

But honestly, things didn’t start shifting until I slowed right down.

When I stopped eating in a rush.
When I ate consistently instead of randomly “being good”.
When I focused on calming my body instead of fixing it.

That’s what changed my digestion.

And it’s what I see over and over again with clients too.

If you’re doing all the “right” things but your gut still feels off, it’s probably not because you’re doing it wrong.

It’s usually because your body needs less pressure and more support.

This is how I work now - with my own health and with clients.
Calm. Simple. Sustainable.

If this resonates, you know where to find me 🤍

Cycle syncing training… my way.

I don’t completely change my workouts every month.
I don’t follow rigid rules.
And I don’t force intensity when my body isn’t there.

What I do change is how I show up.

Some weeks I lift heavier.
Some weeks I pull back.
Some sessions I move things around, rest more, or stop earlier.

Last year, when I was reverse dieting into a deficit, this mattered even more.
There were weeks my body felt amazing and weeks it didn’t.

Instead of panicking or pushing harder,
I regulated my intensity and stayed consistent.

That’s what kept me progressing.

Cycle syncing isn’t about doing less.
It’s about listening better.

And training in a way you can actually sustain.

🤍

I don’t drink coffee every single day.
It actually depends on where I’m at in my cycle ☕️

Some phases = coffee feels great.
Other phases = it spikes stress, anxiety, and drains me.

That’s when I swap it for matcha or cacao instead 🤍
Watch to learn when to make the switch and why.
