This is Neve.

When we began working together, she was experiencing dermatitis flare ups, feeling puffy and uncomfortable in her body, and sitting in a constant state of stress without knowing how to shift it.

Instead of jumping straight into a deficit or chasing quick changes, we focused on supporting her internal world first - her gut, hormones and nervous system. We created routines that actually regulated her stress, brought awareness to what was triggering her skin, and built strength in a way that felt steady and sustainable.

Once her body felt supported and safe again - the physical changes happened naturally.
Her skin calmed.
Her body composition shifted.
Her energy and mood softened.
And she gained the tools to support herself long-term.

This is what we mean when we say:

Hormone healing isn’t about restriction, pushing harder, or piling on more supplements.
It’s about giving your body what it actually needs: nourishment, safety, consistency, and rest.

Here’s how to support each one:

Include cruciferous veg (broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts), garlic, onions, zinc (pumpkin seeds), and antioxidants (berries, green tea).
