Technique is everything - collecting colostrum a bonus. Remember your body is still pregnant and it’s no indication of milk volumes. Don’t forget you need to collect in syringes, babe, dare and time syringe. Place in freezer if it’s going up be more than a few days before you need it. Transport in freezer bag with freezer blocks. Make sure to obtain the approval of your primary health care provider.
