trained in strength, toning, weight management, nutrition and mindset coaching to suit individual requirements. From fitness to mindset coaches running the daily session's along with monthly guest instructors for Boxing, Pilates, Yoga, and co-hosting at Nutritional Presenations. I strive to meet the upmost highest level of health and gain great satisfaction from motivating and educating other mothers, women and their families in Health Fitness Nutrition & Wellbeing. My passion for my journey of Health dates back to a young age, coming from a family that believed in all the natural benefits of health and wellbeing, from the meal planning, the exercsie programs, and a balanced family life. Im proud to say that I am one of many in my family who have continued on this journey and now my own little family is doing just the same "Monkey see Monkey do"
and why I want to share, motivate and inspire the wider community and beyond. All sessions are held in the southern suburbs of Perth, within the outdoor and indoor Studio home based business in Success / Hammond Park as well as mobile for women, mothers of all fitness levels and men and families. Along with the fitness session's I educate and advise on nutrition, fitness, health and wellbeing and how to incorporate the healthy lifestyle living into your everyday routine, to create balance not restrictions. There are several group classes weekly to join along with one on one personal training with all core elements of Nutrition Movement Sleep Mood. There are programs and packages to suit any need within your lifestyle creating, along with personalised programs in which your guided and coached through to meet your goals and achievements. This is where many friendships have formed, through the power of connection in Movement of the Body Mind and Soul. Please Note: Before starting any fitness program please seek medical advice from your practitioner. All clients along with new mums, postnatal mums and rehab patients starting the Nourished Lifestyle Programs, need to provide a doctor's certificate stating they are in a well physical state to begin a fitness program or return to exercise after having their baby or needing to move forward in their rehabilitation and or returning to fitness. When was the last time you chose to move your body with intention and self love?

Movement is more than exercise. It’s medicine for our mind, body and nervous system.

So many of us move through life on autopilot holding tension in our shoulders, tightness in our hips, shallow breathing in our chest and emotions stored deeply within the body without even realising it. Or it’s realised but ignored.

Myofascial Release Therapy invites you to slow down, reconnect and become aware of how you’ve truly been feeling beneath the surface.

Through intentional movement, breath, massage and fascial release, the body begins to soften, circulation improves, toxins and stagnant fluid begin to flush, the nervous system feels safer and the mind becomes clearer.

As the body opens, so does awareness.
You begin to notice the difference between merely surviving and truly feeling alive, grounded and supported within yourself again.

Balanced movement creates balanced energy, Balanced breath creates balanced emotions and Self Care becomes less of a luxury and more of a loving necessity, and as it should!

There’s something deeply healing about slowing down with a warm cup of homemade broth as the cooler seasons begin to settle in 🍂🤍

As Autumn flows gently toward Winter, our bodies naturally crave more warmth, nourishment and grounding foods to support immunity, gut health, energy and emotional balance through the colder months ahead.

I know I always say how we start our day has everything to do with how our day will flow when I’m directing it to Nutrition and Movement as it will benefit our Sleep and Mood. However if you also notice and those who know me will see and know I’am also one for daily gratitude and intention setting and all I do, I do so with love and an open positive mindset (yes I’m the optimist but also a realist.)

Do you begin and end your day with Gratitude and Thanks? The power of gratitude is ever so magical and a practice that will gift your life with an abundance of blessings.

You’ve heard the term “Count Your Blessings” right, and when you do you know how good you feel. Well that’s the measure of your gratitude your feeling. Daily practices of gratitude will have you beginning to feel happier, calmer, and more confident with the consistency of your daily mindful habits and rituals. It’s also there you begin to receive what your desire and set intentions for your life, be it health and wellbeing, finance/money, family / relationships, love, passions, purpose, life, and happiness.

Each time you count your blessings you begin to feel your life rise for the better, happier, a calmer nervous system, an open mind of focus and clarity, the way you think and act to a point where your life will begin to change for the better. All because you count your blessings not your challenges and you give gratitude to what and who you have in your life. Your daily practices within this mindful morning of counting your blessings will magically multiply.

Today’s Exercise - Count your Blessings, Gratitude + Intention Setting.
Really lean into yourself today (preferably this morning before your day begins) and give gratitude and set your intentions for what you wish to come to fruition in your life.

And remember You hold in your hands the way to a magical life. Do you believe in magic ?

Why not try today’s Mindful Exercise then leach day for a week and see how you feel, what you see and what you hear but also to the depth of it all.

I’ve been creating and working silently behind the scenes for a while and now I get to share the next chapter within the Nourished Lifestyle Co. with Bella Joy Lawson Coaching.
