From fitness to mindset coaches running the daily session's along with monthly guest instructors for Boxing, Pilates, Yoga, and co-hosting at Nutritional Presenations. I strive to meet the upmost highest level of health and gain great satisfaction from motivating and educating other mothers, women and their families in Health Fitness Nutrition & Wellbeing. My passion for my journey of Health dates back to a young age, coming from a family that believed in all the natural benefits of health and wellbeing, from the meal planning, the exercsie programs, and a balanced family life. Im proud to say that I am one of many in my family who have continued on this journey and now my own little family is doing just the same "Monkey see Monkey do"
and why I want to share, motivate and inspire the wider community and beyond. All sessions are held in the southern suburbs of Perth, within the outdoor and indoor Studio home based business in Success / Hammond Park as well as mobile for women, mothers of all fitness levels and men and families. Along with the fitness session's I educate and advise on nutrition, fitness, health and wellbeing and how to incorporate the healthy lifestyle living into your everyday routine, to create balance not restrictions. There are several group classes weekly to join along with one on one personal training with all core elements of Nutrition Movement Sleep Mood. There are programs and packages to suit any need within your lifestyle creating, along with personalised programs in which your guided and coached through to meet your goals and achievements. All clients along with new mums, postnatal mums and rehab patients starting the Nourished Lifestyle Programs, need to provide a doctor's certificate stating they are in a well physical state to begin a fitness program or return to exercise after having their baby or needing to move forward in their rehabilitation and or returning to fitness. It was a Ragu + Rice kinda night and with the cooler evenings of autumn beginning to flow in more so and winter not far behind the casseroles, slow cooker meals and bakes will be coming in fast and hot.

I love a good ragu, traditionally served with pappardelle or tagliatelle pasta tonight I wanted rice after a delicious homemade carbonara last night.

Slow cooker meals or casseroles are is full of dense nutrients with your fave veggies thrown in, fresh herbs from the garden and lean meat packed with protein and collagen to support our immunity but also our skin to a deep cellular level.

A combination of Band work and kettlebells for a full body workout.

I love a good kettlebell workout, the functionality of them is amazing combined with bands gives a really good balance for the body with a HIIT circuit for strength training along with balance and agility.

Remember when it comes to the exerciser and strength training there is no age barrier, we are our energy not our age.

Increase your daily movement and you’ll raise your energy and won’t feel like you’re aging at all.

Are you that parent like me who create a “Car Charcuterie” for crunch + munch on the drive home from school.

This is a great way to sneak some nutritious deliciousness into the kids to reboot their bodies and minds after a day at school and before they and also you flow into an afternoon of extra curricular activities and sports training not games.

Such a simple snack to throw together. Just chop up the he kids fave veggies and fruit with some cheese as well (you might like a little box or bag of rice crackers or flat pretzel’s like we do.

There’s no pint putting snacks together of foods no one likes so start with what’s enjoyed and allow their taste buds to get familiar with that and then they’ll become curious of other food tastes and textures .

Make food fun with bright colours, funky chopping and a mix of, sweet, sour and savory I really create a food experience.

Turn your cat music on and you have yourself a relaxed fun car ride to your next destination.

Why Happy Monday Afternoon Beautiful souls ☀️💕

It’s been a very productive Monday for all things here in the Nourished Lifestyle Co. From coaching calls, to client booking confirmations, to choreographing client workouts (yes I run through all my clients workouts personally before they lean into the workout with me or at home on their own) I hope you’ve began your new week with mindful productivity that will not just flow you through your week by rise and grow you.

There’s only a week and a half left with our Term and the 8 Week Nourished Lifestyle Reset + Realign Program, some truly amazing achievements had by clients in either Weightloss, mindset changes and lifestyle creating. It’s always an honour to support and guide them through their daily coaching and life goals. Term 2 is going to AMAZING 🤩 I hope you’re coming for the ride of it all too!
This term I’ve had the privilege of stepping into the homes of residents in our communities between Cockburn through to Melville and Fremantle giving support within Domestic Care and Companion Care. It’s in these moments of sharing such sacred spaces that we gift others with support, respect, dignity and compassion and which has a ripple effect that flows through those they then connect with.

Mindful Monday 🫶🏽

This morning, I invite you into a moment of gentle reflection. If you were sitting beside your younger self today what would you say?

Would you reassure them?
Would you soften the weight they’ve been carrying?
Would you remind them that the stories they once believed are not truths, but thoughts that can be released?

So many of the beliefs we carry into adulthood were formed in moments where we didn’t yet have the wisdom we hold now. And while they may have protected us once, they can also quietly hold us back from becoming who we are truly meant to be.

Today, give yourself permission to let go of those old stories even the ones that feel familiar. Because when we release what no longer serves us, we create space for calm, clarity, and a life that feels aligned not just lived, but deeply felt. This in turn relaxes your nervous system!

A simple step to begin your week, is to
“Create Intention”

What do you desire for yourself this week?
What actions will you take to support that vision?

Give thanks to what you are releasing, it has shaped you, taught you, and guided you here. Lessons and Blessing’s are within all we have journeyed through.
And then, with an open heart, step into what you are now choosing.

Anchor yourself in balance ⚓️

If you feel unsure where to begin, return to your values.
Within your values lies your passion and within your passion lies your purpose.

Ever wondered why I slip my shoes off and slide into my yoga socks before I start Domestic Care in your home? 🧦

It’s not just a habit, it’s pure intention!

In my world, domestic care isn’t just about supporting you with your meals, your garden, sitting and sharing a cuppa and reading or wiping benches and mopping floors. It’s about how I move through your space, the energy I bring, and the respect I hold for your home.

My yoga socks mean
• Non-slip → I stay safe and grounded while I work
• Soft on your floors → no harsh steps, no heavy impact
• Quiet and gentle → I move through your home with calm, not chaos
• Hygienic → no outside dirt being walked through your sacred space

But it goes deeper than that
After a full morning or day of business, motherhood, and life, stepping into your home is a conscious shift for me.
The socks are my way of grounding myself with slowing down, being present, and treating your home with the same care I would my own.

Because your home isn’t just a house, It’s where you rest, reset, and recharge for its your safe space that you have granted me the honour to step into.

And I honour that every single step I take 🫶🏽

I’m not sure what you do at 5:30am but this is part of my morning routine twice a week.

So quick so simple and ever so nutritious and delicious that the kids will be scoffing them down.

Hmmmm I have a feeling I may be making another batch of the veggie ones tomorrow so I can have on hand for over the weekend, because why not - Play hard, Move your body mindfully in nature, Rest easy, and eat well just so you can play hard more so!

Nutrition need not be daunting, overwhelming or difficult. In actual fact the simplicity of creating health balance over restrictions will surprise you. Mother Nature has the best seasonal produce available for us and it’s up to us to say yes to her and nourish our bodies and immune systems.
