Introducing new ‘short’ kinesiology sessions.
Traditionally my sessions have been quite long and in depth, going for 1.5 to 2 hours. This is great if you’re wanting to explore things in depth and encourage big shifts but I’m realising that not everyone wants that, or has the time and money.
So I’m now offering a shorter option. These sessions go for up to an hour.
You will also have the option of choosing from one of the specific balances I have designed to address some really common issues.
☯️ Jaw balance - this is great for anyone who holds tension in their jaw (it’s so common!). This can result in pain, clenching, grinding and can even contribute to neck pain, tinnitus, headaches and more. See testimonial in comments.
☯️ Breath balance - this balance can help to be able to breathe better, naturally. Often we struggle to breathe in properly and out properly, or we breathe rapidly and shallowly and even hold our breath. There can be all sorts of things contributing to this which we can explore in the session. Better breathing has a massive flow on effect to other areas of our wellbeing. Most importantly, it means we’re getting oxygen where it is needed throughout our body.
☯️ Nervous system balance - if we’re stuck in fight, flight or freeze states (which can manifest in all sorts of different ways) then everything becomes really hard Including resting, repairing, digesting, reproducing, being present, enjoying life & more. This balance is designed to help regulate and calm the nervous system so you’re more likely to be able to do all the things listed above.
