Having received lots of requests for a weight loss program I have compiled 3 diets that work well.

Number 1. (21 days juicing) is a rapid weight loss one 2. Daniel’s fast is essentially plant based diet for 21 days. No processed foods or coffee, alcohol, added sugar or deep fried or highly processed foods.
Those that complete number one, find that number 2 is quite easy to transition to. That’s because they’ve detoxed but also because they have developed new taste buds that are used to simpler under stimulating foods.
3. Is the long term lifestyle change. You build on what you’ve learnt from one and two to build a diet full of fibre, healthy alternatives to unhealthy foods that you once enjoyed and simpler choices of foods.

Sustainable weight loss is based on a lifestyle reset. This involves setting boundaries of what you want to eliminate and what you want to keep. It’s about consciously making healthy choices including doing away with snacking, hydrating well, exercise, enough sleep, making time for nature walks etc. Making a covenant with yourself to keep the healthy boundaries works quite well.

No drugs involved, it’s simply re-educating our tastebuds and our gut to thrive on healthy food options.

💯 days of change 🌺🌸Day 8️⃣8️⃣ in office and transforming lives🌺 This video is the launch of a lifestyle program that I’ve been working on.

Weight gain is a common peri menopause and menopause bug bear! We gain a roll of fat on the abdomen, crave sweet but some may crave savoury.
We also eat more, especially during peri menopause.

The hunger hormone “Ghrelin” goes up. In addition the hormone Leptin that decreases your appetite, a bit like an off switch which tells your brain you’re full goes down. This becomes a perfect set up for weight gain!

In addition we have reduced exercise capacity because women feel terrible due to menopausal symptoms, have low energy, low mood, anxiety, insomnia, joints and muscle pains.
