24k walking, 22k cycling, 7k run with only 1 x weights training session.

Why?

Because we all have to change it up continuously.

And our needs change with our decades:

20’s 30’s 40’s 50’s 60’s all look different as our bodies demands change (let alone if we birth babies!)

So it pays to know your stuff to achieve optimal performance, and what better excuse than the break in the weather to get out and about and ditch the car as much as possible.

I’m a lot more tired than usual but also eating less (naturally & mindfully) as cardio makes you crave carbs (but don’t make the mistake of over eating!!!!).

I absolutely adore getting outside - especially when it’s together 🚴🏼‍♀️ dual seats, 🏃‍♀️ pram hills ♥️

It changes your perspective- fresh air in your lungs - clarity of mind & connection to the world (as well as singing the wheels on the ‘bike’ go round and round with your little one)
